Unfortunately you can’t put zero stars. I just moved from out of state. I was recommended to this place by a family member. I have a serious wound in my foot and I let everyone know at this office. I had medical records sent from another hospital where I had surgery. Patty the secretary never calls anybody back. When I did get a call back the person had no information, didn’t have my medical records (Which I confirmed a week ago we’re in the office). What a lousy introduction to Ohio healthcare

Called to make an appointment and they gave me a really hard time. Called back and talked to a different person, gave her all my information over the phone and then was told they would have to call me back. I don't understand what the issue is, seeing as they are within my network through my insurance.

Called for an appointment, they have to call you back? Here it is the next dsy, no call yet. I call them again and the woman copped an attitude and told me that I would have to wait for the doctor to call me.
