Kurt, the guitar tech, was incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgable. It's very rare you find someone like him to take time and explain what's going on and what steps will need to be taken to correct the problem. Honestly blown away by the great experience I had.

It had been Seven (7) years since I was there since I purchased a guitar and figured I would check out the selection. I looked around for about 5 minutes till I went up to an employee and pointed to a Washburn Electric -Acoustic Quick Starter I was interested in. Was rang up asked if I was interested in the 2 or 3 Year Service Plan, I was hesitant at first but ultimately chose the 2 Year Service Plan paid for my purchase and on my way.

Very interesting place for music lovers. Complete choice for your music activities.
Good organizations and good services from all the staffs.
Will come back again to explore their music book collections and music disc. Recommended.

I love this store. The staff is always upbeat and helpful. My last trip experience was fantastic. I had Majdi Kentib help me find the best keyboard that would suit my needs. He is always super quick to help and every week I stop in I always play the used basses and he always remembers me and answers all of my questions consistently.

The best Guitar center I've been too!!! N.Olmsted is way closer to me, but Fairlawn is worth the drive. Plenty of associates to help and they were friendly and knowledgable. This will be my new spot for music equipment from now on.

Great store with a great staff! I've bought 3 or 4 guitars the last couple years from here and they are always set up perfectly. Even the Jaguar I got over Memorial Day that are notorious for poor set ups from the factory didn't need tweaked when I brought it home! Didn't have the amp I wanted in stock and was shipped to my house within 4 days. Thanks for always providing an enjoyable shopping experience!

Sometimes it's very busy and even when the staff are overwhelmed, they're still friendly, attentive, and helpful. I always feel like they're genuinely trying to help me make the best decision and not just sell me stuff. The first exchange process went easier than I thought it would have.

If you are a musician or just love music, there's nothing like walking into a music store and picking out a musical instrument and just start playing it. I've done this many times. From used guitars to brand new ones, keyboards, bass guitars, drums and more, you can try them out right there and make a purchase knowing what you are getting! Sometimes, I just go there to chill out and just play different guitars with different amps, and for me, it is so relaxing. Guitar Center doesn't pressure you but if you want advice they are always ready to give you what you need.

This GC is smaller but all the employees that we've dealt with are incredibly friendly & helpful. Much better than the Mayfield Heights location. If looking at acoustics make sure to play it outside the room too since it's a small wooden room & doesn't give an accurate representation of what the guitar will sound like at home. This is our favorite store to go to because of the employees.

Very helpful, friendly , courteois and kind staff ready to assist you soon as you walk in the door. They made me feel welcome, not like a pushy sales person.
