Dr. Amy Tucker is absolutely phenomenal. After a fall down an embankment, she was my surgeon of choice. The repair work needed was unimaginable. Nine weeks later I was walking without a limp and walking a mile a day. Her staff, Kathy & Alison, were instrumental in making the office run so smoothly. Dr. Tucker is amazing! I could not hope for a better experience. She is kind and patient and also cares very much about those she gives care too. She is never in a hurry with you and explains everything very well. She is genuinely a nice person with a joyous personality. Her staff is friendly and always able to help with insurance, appts, and any patient needs. I could not recommend Dr. Tucker enough.

I have not used this doctor yet, but the interaction I had with Allison was above and beyond anything I have experienced. Followed up on an ER visit to see how I was doing, listened to my concerns, and then went out of her way to find me the help that I needed. Absolutely amazing. Western Reserve has been such a fantastic health system and has helped me many times. This, however, took it to a whole other level. Thank you for everything that you do.

I was referred to Dr. Tucker after having a horrible experience with a Cleveland Clinic doctor. Dr. Tucker actually took my injury seriously and took very good care of me when I dislocated my knee and had an MCL tear. I can’t exactly speak the same for western reserve billing as they are not my favorite but Dr. Tucker was wonderful!

Dr. Any Tucker and Allison have done an amazing job at making my husband feel comfortable during his visits and very helpful with filling out paperwork and replacing his cast when needed! Only issue is sometimes when we call the receptionist comes off as having an attitude or being snippy. Otherwise great service!
