Prices were very reasonable, service was stellar, and we are happy with how everything was handled. Can't ask for better than that!

After a broken hip and a month in the hospital I brought my mother home on Hospice. They recommended Adams Mason. I still looked at several other funeral homes, but none were as upfront and reasonable with their pricing. Its right there on their website for everyone to see and that is the price you pay. They were all so kind and caring. From the people who came to pick up her body at 2:30am and had to deal with a very upset family to Scott Mason bringing me her remains and the death certificates. They helped me with writing the obituary, getting it placed, and answered any question I had promptly. I had no idea how to do any of it. If you are clueless and don't know where to go or are looking for someplace to do a cremation on the inexpensive side so you can handle the services yourself privately, they have it covered. They also offer full service and direct cremations at the opposite ends of the spectrum, but my family didn't partake in those.

As a hospice social worker I can confidently say Adams Mason is the easiest to work with and cheapest in the area. Scott is always willing to help out my patients who may not be able to afford services or families who haven’t thought about arrangements until it is too late. He always calls them the day I reach out to him and is willing to answer any questions that myself or patients have about funeral arrangements. I can’t recommend them enough.

Adam mason was phenomenal. With my mother’s sudden passing they were so helpful with everything. With all of us completely beside ourselves they had so much compassion for my family. They helped every step of the way. Even with my constant phone calls ❤. They took anything they could off of us. The ceremony was perfect. They also accommodated my families additional needs. All of the staff were helpful and supportive. They brought my family the calm we needed.

Adams Mason was absolutely great when my mother passed away. The compassion and devotion that went into taking care of her body for transportation from the nursing home was astounding! The dedication of the staff to make sure that our family was taken care of and completely involved throughout the process was terrific! I will definitely always recommend them to anyone that is in need of funeral services!

Sadly, this is the second time in 4 years I needed to use their services. This time was a much more emotional event for me. They are responsive, kind, patient, prompt, and behaved like they were honored to assist me during the worst moment in my life. I was extremely pleased with the service that was provided for me and my family. My son was well taken care of. Mr. Scott Mason made us feel like he had known our family for years. He took time to make sure everything was correct and never rushed us. I am very blessed to have used the service here. They did a beautiful job with the embalming process. In all my years I had never seen such a beautiful job on a person. It was absolutely no hidden fees. I was not once pressured into purchasing anything additional. When it came time to pick up my son’s ashes the time & caring was simply remarkable during the transaction. The whole staff provided top service. Thank you for providing service for me and my family during one of the most difficult times our lives.

It was a sad moment for my family to lose a loved one. However, during the funeral process, Scott was a detailed explanation of everything that I want to know about what I am making decisions. Scott's kindness, empathy, and compassion leave it in my memory.

Adams Mason delivered exceptional service to my family and I for my grandmothers passing. I usually think the more affordable something is, the quality lessens- not the case here! They were very caring and accommodating the entire time. Pricing was extremely fair and not once did i feel like i was being hounded for money. We were given different options for the burial/ cremation and they were all presented the same way, not once making us feel pressured to take the more expensive route. We got to meet directly with Scott and he was very pleasant to work with. Amber was the woman working with us, she was amazing. She provided her direct number to answer and questions we had outside of their working hours and comforted me the whole way though. She made my grandmother look amazing and she fulfilled every special request we asked for. Thank you Adams Mason, I would suggest x10000.

The entire staff was wonderful but it was Jodie who truly went above and beyond with her care, concern and understanding during our difficult time. She explained everything clearly from the beginning and after a few other phone calls to other crematoriums we were drawn back to Adams. Their security measures used to ensure proper care of our loved ones is a process that made me feel my husband was safe in their care. Although our circumstance did not require funeral services, Adams Mason took just as much time and care in understanding what our needs were and finding the best fit. Jodie listened and met our needs 100%. These are difficult times and she was able to provide comfort through this process. Thank you Jodie and to the wonderful staff at Adams Mason ~

I am very grateful to Adams Mason Funeral Home. They were kind to me and cared about our best interest financially and emotionally. I wasnt expecting that at all since my husband passed suddenly and we didnt make any prior arrangements.
The day i picked my husbands ashes up a young woman named Amber who works there, sat and spoke to me for over an hour. She comforted me and answered any questions i had. She made me feel as if i was talking with an old friend.
