Tallmadge Complete Car Care

Excellent mechanic, and not just part changers. The Mercedes dealer tried telling me that I needed things that were not necessarily. Tallmadge auto care fixed all my problems for less that half of what the dealer wanted to charge me. It's difficult to find an honest mechanic these days, I feel fortunate to have found a mechanic with some honesty and integrity at Tallmadge Auto Care!

If your reading this review, just stop and call these people! Amazing! Susan and Eric are top-notch humans AND excellent mechanics. Eric gave me a tour of the shop, showed me all the parts he took out, showed me the new parts installed while the truck was on the lift and has followed up w me twice to ensure everything was right. Quality mechanics make life so much better!

I have been taking my vehicles to Eric at Tallmadge Complete Auto Care (formally Twisit Motors) for several years. Eric is honest, straight forward, fair and knowledgeable. He always goes above and beyond when working on your vehicle and he makes you feel as though you are his only customer. He takes time to explain exactly what is going on, he will show you right there in his shop what he is working on and he shows you the parts that were in need of repair. I've never been to another shop that will do that. Having to take your vehicle for repairs is stressful enough, let alone finding a shop you can fully trust. With Eric, you can't go wrong on your choice; I recommend him to anyone who's looking for an honest mechanic with a friendly, professional team who does fantastic work.

My daughter's car experienced trouble late one Friday afternoon. We were from out of town and needed something in a hurry. They ended up getting the car done in two hours...simply amazing service and quality work. We adjusted our plans and came back the next morning to pay and pick it up. He showed me the old parts and what exactly went wrong and was professional and courteous. I would recommend them HANDS DOWN to anyone at anytime. BRAVO

I can't say enough good things about Eric and his shop . I broke down in minus 10 degree weather @ 1AM on my way too Cincy . Towed to his place in the middle of the night. Next morning working on truck and finished by 2 . Great communication , great work and a pleasure to deal with. Also can't stress how reasonable the price was for the work . Naturally your skeptical, breaking down and worried about getting screwed on price
NOT HERE , cheaper than the same work @ home on a identical truck . If I lived within a hour he would be my car , truck guy . Thanks TM

I brought Susan and Eric a two beaters to get an estimate. Unfortunately the cars were junk but the evaluations were quick and thorough. Eric even towed the second one into the garage because the wheel was locked. Susan is amazing, she always knew what was happening to the car.

My boss bought that building last 2 months ago. That Tallmadge Complete car care is not there anymore. They move to another place but don't know where.

Great repair shop and they let you make payments. I will take all my vehicle's there.
