The UPS Store

I cannot say enough about this particular UPS. The staff and owner, Jed are knowledgeable, helpful and always greet you with a smile. It doesn’t matter how busy the store is, it’s obvious every customer is important and treated as if they’re the only person in the store. I’m there frequently to check my mailbox, and often send a package to my granddaughter, or returned something to Amazon. They now have the ability to have you return your Amazon package without needing to have a staff member assist you. This is such a good addition for the store. You don’t have to wait for assistance. This frees up the staff to assist more customers, more quickly!
KI’ve never had anything but, friendly, caring and excellent service. I’m so fortunate to have THIS UPS nearby. I’ve gotten used to calling it “My UPS”.
The only product I miss A LOT, are the wonderful greeting cards that they can no longer carry. I understand it wasn’t the store’s decision to stop them, but, I have to say having them available was the BEST!

I needed a scan of my drivers license for a job application, and I don’t have a scanner that works so I came here! I don’t know the name of the worker who helped me, but he had some tattoos of musical notes on his arms. The copier in the lobby wasn’t working, so he scanned in my license and even checked to make sure that the scan had saved correctly! He was so pleasant and helpful. Will definitely come back here.

Convenience, tracking of packages, on time delivery. Aaron was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Got my packages mailed quickly and efficiently.

Aaron who waited on me. He is exemplary at the front desk. He has confidence and gets it done and you just feel like everything will be done right.

Jed was super friendly when I walked in. He greeted me and told me he appreciated my visit. He truly gave interest in me being there.

I cannot get over how proud I felt while receiving notary service at this UPS Stores location. The quality and care was obvious. Absolutely outstanding service. Thank you for brightening my world.

Always fast service and usually short waiting time.

This store has awesome young college students working for them. One I want to recognize is an extremely hard working young man, Anthony. He is exceptional with patience, customer service and is always willing to take on challenges.

Go to this location instead of the one on Fair Oaks Blvd. where they had very poor customer service. The older man behind the counter there was NOT willing to help us or explain the process in any way. We needed a piece of tape to seal the package, but he refused to let us have one, even though he put one on the package for the lady in front of us!!
We went to the UPS store on El Camino & they were awesome!! She explained that we couldn't use their tape gun for liability reasons, but offered to put the tape on for us!! It took 5 seconds & a 12 inch piece of tape. We don't know the in & outs of the shipping business, but they took the time to explain everything!!!! Needless to say, even though the Fair Oaks location is closer, we will be going only to El Camino location!

There is many UPS stores closer to me but I always go to this location .

When problems does arose they were able to solve the problem quickly and very professional
I have never seen them being rude to customers they focus on getting customers needs done quickly and professional

Excellent, nice and professional staff. Clean well lite and well stocked. Cosr for computer time is a little high, ao use the library 2 blacks away it's free.

Great crew. Polite, smart and very helpful.
This is my go-to business support location, as there hasn't been a time they couldn't do what I needed.

Needed a notary and some other tasks related. Haley helped me. Knew what she was doing and made the process incredibly easy. I would definitely come back
