Raley's

Good quality products, some pricey but plenty of bargain prices and specials also. They often have 2 for the price of one offers from everything to pretzels to ice cream. Currently they are doing a good job with social distancing and putting limits on certain products in order for them to be available for all of their customers. Plenty of informative signage throughout the store in regards to this.

Melanie in the bakery is the best! Had some questions about a dessert from my mother and her recommendation was a hit! Excellent customer service with a smile! Definitely will be back!

Update!! Came back again yesterday and Melanie is the best. Service and cookies with a smile! Just like bread this girl needs a raise!

They have food and lots of it. It's not the only grocery store that I shop at.

It was great. The people are nice and the store had everything I wanted so I didn't have to go to another store to get all my items.

Best customer service ever!!! Purchased 2 custom made deli sandwiches today, they were made with care and were delicious!! I also purchased a cheesecake from the bakery as a gift to my son, took the cheesecake to his work, he said it was great tasting and his co-workers enjoyed it also!!

I enjoyed the fresh ingredients including avocado on the Santa Cruz Sandwich and of course Peet's coffee receptionists and servers are great and helpful Adjacent within the store. I enjoy the ceramic tile of flooring patterans they have selected which always look bright and clean.

All the ingredients are fresh. Made some nachos with the local Maza Hummus

Love the service and variety at Raley's. Always clean and fast checking out. Easy to find what I'm looking for.

Store is clean, has fantastic produce, great knowledgeable friendly staff, well stocked store.
Deli is full of great choices and the Chinese food is so yummy. We got the yummiest lemon cake from the bakery 😋.
Even had the nicest person (Kate) help take my items to the car.

Felice is amazing! On Thanksgiving day she had the most amazing attitude and was so nice with the kids. We left the store and the kids said "that was fun!" Because she made it such a good experience for them. Much appreciated.

Great selection! The store was easy to navigate...very spacious store with nice, wide aisles. The customer service was outstanding...the store manager noticed that there was more than one person standing in the checkout line and he immediately opened up a second register himself to help us. He was friendly and nice and seemed to really care about his store and the people in it. Best Raley's ever. I will be returning...and will highly recommend this store to anybody who will listen. (Starting with my Mom...can't wait to go tell her about the huge selection of meat they have here!)

Extremely satisfied with the whole Staff at Raley's on Marconi. The cashiers are very friendly and helpful. I love the fresh, delicious 😋 Chinese food at the deli. And The Bakery Dept. They make my kid's birthday cake upon my request. Always a hit 🎯.

Nice clean store. Carts are disinfected regularly, additional wipes and hand sanitizer as well as a hand washing station provided inside. Masks are required. Nice selection of everything. Wide isles. Never seen long lines. Cash back at registers. Fresh salads and sushi and peets coffee inside as well.

Though the prices are higher than I'd like to pay the quality and customer service make up for it. Signing up for Something Extra doesn't hurt either. I have saved allot with the personalized coupons and free items they offer. Also there is a cashier that is so nice and personable which is refreshing to see today. For the life of me I cannot remember his name but he works nights and usually the only cashier.

5 star customer services...Wade was exceptional. He was nice professional and very helpful. The team was amazing. I love coming here. I gave 5 stars because I was given 5 star services. However as an older black man from the South... felt offended by this advertisement. I grew up in Tennessee and Mississippi and I have never seen or heard of a black watermelon. So I hope you understand as a black man that's just not right.. I must admit I laughed because I find humor in the world itself... but laughter quickly came to sadness then to offended well thank you.

The staff is always friendly and attentive, they truly get to know their regulars. The few times I have been unable to find something they are always apologetic and try to give me options. I'd like to call out one staff member, but they are all amazing. Best store ever.

Now don't get me wrong it's raleys or bel air so they are going to be hitting for market price for literally everything but surprisingly this store had some sales. And on the up side raleys and bel air have solid meat cuts and lots of products, I'm upset they sold out of the meat loaf but they had lots of freezer choices and some bel airs are small and have no freezer options, that will not be a problem at this location they have literally everything except a bakery. Or just are always out of everything. They had lots of plants amd and flowers and cheeses and bread too and that's what I like about this raleys in particular. Its definitely going to be more expensive than other places but usually they have everything I'm looking for and it's worth a little extra to get what I needed instead of 7 Walmarts. Their is a few prices here where we spot and be like come on now raleys don't play me for a fool but an experienced shopper will Instantly spot those and go elsewhere for those specific products, for example you can't sell your limited edition dryers for $5.99 when winco sells it for $3.84 because that would be an atrocity, but the fact that I've never gotten a single product from this bel air that I didn't enjoy. All the bakery is fresh and all the fruit has been good and for the amount of options vs other stores. Ya five stars this location

This relays is not to bad. The staff are typically nice and helpful although theres a couple of staff members who are just plain rude and non willing to assist with customers. I personally go here at least 3 times a week just for lunch and I mostly get the hand made sandwiches and sushi. I give this Raleys a 7 outta 10

Raley's had everything on my list, and then some. I like being treated as as a human, and the Customer service is awesome. I just wish some things were priced a bit lower. But it's a wonderful grocery store.🍗🧄🧀🥦
