Great customer service, I was needing a storage unit but they were at full coal city so I called to let them know I was looking and to call me when the first availability came about. Sure enough, I got a call THE NEXT DAY offering me the single availability they had and not only that but they prorated the days left in July and charged me only $29 for the first month!

When I arrived to move in, Chris was exceptional and very courteous in showing me my unit and explaining the details on my stay. Thank you for accommodating my request and calling me right away!

Great experience with friendly customer service.

Easy to sign up and easy to move in! The free box truck rental was VERY convenient. The employees are friendly people and they're thorough in explaining the facilities and rental agreement. The lot and facilities are clean and they even provide hand trucks to move your stuff around.

Its quiet, convenient and the staff like Charles are very helpful. He recently spoke with my payee on space, and cost since I've been there over 2 years now and hes paid the bill every since day one, so today/yesterday Mr. Charles told me he'd check into some options tomorrow/today as they know I'm a cool, gentle diabetic. Thanks Charles whole heartedly

Excellent place to store your stuff friendly office staff, competitive pricing, freight availability for all size units,. Place looks tiny from the street view but huge underground with two levels of underground storage.highly recommend the move-in special was fantastic and includes insurance and the administration fee I love that as all the other places a1 cube smart all charge an admin fee and separate insurance on top of the rental having this all included saved a lot of money.

We have had a unit for over 5 years. Area is always clean and neat, great lighting. I have seen them cleaning up the area around the outside of the building as well. Carlos and Vidal very helpful with payment issues. Everyone there is always willing to help whenever a problem arises. Thank you!!

I really enjoyed this storage unit!! Me and 2 of my friends were forced to move out of San Diego State University this spring and last minute needed a affordable and safe storage unit. We are super pleased with their services and would definitely recommend!

This place is great! Jasmine was very helpful with accommodating to my uncle's needs and concerns. She seemed to be very busy when we arrived but didn't think twice about making sure we were satisfied. This place is both affordable and in a convenient location.

Professional staff and the information provided was as described on the phone and in person. The rental process was smooth and took very little time (perhaps 15 minutes). The access and hours of the storage facility is great for future items to add or remove. The price was fair and the current sales offer was explained and applied to my contract.

Hidden in the smart and final lot off El Cajon Blvd. This place offers the cheapest, cleanest and friendliest storage units. Very well maintained and they even have a free moving truck for you to use, free has up to 20 miles upon reservation. Anytime you need to move stuff to the storage unit you can reserve this truck. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I had excellent customer service. I transferred units to a different size which better suited my changing need for storage. Charles and Tim are really helpful and competent. I have been a customer for many years.

Great customer service in this property ! They have a new property manager by the name of Jazmin who is extrmely welcoming. Good prices for units and a convenient loading truck can be reserved. Definitely satisfied with all american storage.

Okay, I've only had the unit one day, but I must say that the security is very good and the unit was very clean--no dust, no bugs, nothing at all but a space, and guarded by an impregnable lock (at least, the one I bought from them) and steel roll up door. Underground, with a drop down gate that is likewise protection against any assault. Drive down the ramp, park by your unit, or the elevators (if your space is on the second floor down), and drop off your stuff. What could be easier? Iridian was very professional and organized (I signed more papers than for a bank loan, but that's ok), and didn't waste my time. The fact that they are present on site and one is never without resort to help is very encouraging. Yes, the normal price is pretty steep, but their first month and six month prices are outstanding. I guess the question is, how much is your stuff worth?
