The Home Depot

I was at home depot with my cousin and niece. We were checking out some prices on some items. Place was clean, Sal an employee gave us great customer service with friendliness and a smile.

The is a great hardware store. The variety of paints , plants, plumbing equipment, power tools, light fixtures, lawn equipment, and home appliances are endless. The wood department is amazing, and they cut all wood any size needed. Also , the return policy is fast, friendly, and easy.

Part of my order was not delivered WJ45438645 by Roadie delivery service but showed the whole order delivered..Terri from home depot lemon grove went beyond her duties and will be delivering my missing items..now that is customer service with satisfaction. Good job Terri Home Depot needs more of you.👍

Home Depot is one of my favorite stores! Just so much things that you need at reasonably good prices. Staff is always very polite and there’s never a really long line to check out and if there is, it moves rather quickly.

Nick and Terry were exceptionally helpful. It was my first time, and they were so gentle in assisting me when picking up my order. I didn’t know how to check in, Miguel helped me do that…then I had multiple questions about my closet doors. Nick and Terry both confirmed my order was complete prior to my departure. Thanks guys. Nick was gone pulling another order before I could snap his pic, he knows how to hustle.

Extremely fast moving line to gain entry into the lemon grove store. Kind, courteous and friendly associates eager to assist at every turn. The guy in the paint dept went out of his way to assist me in hardware. I was extremely surprised and satisfied.

Staff members were great, specifically the ones in customer service/returns. Had an issue with some items that I purchased from them and they quickly provided me with the assistance I was looking for with short waiting time. Will be using this location more frequently.

Our local store for twenty plus years. Appliances and everything that we need for our home upgrades and repairs.

The staff there can be pretty helpful. I always give myself the employee discount when I work the self check out machine.

Convenient place to shop for all your household needs.

I ordered something online yesterday for pick up in store. Manager called me to let me know one part was mislabeled and was out of stock. After learning that was the one part I really needed, she jumped into action and found another location that had ample in stock and confirmed they had my other supplies too. She cancelled the rest of the order, called the store manager at a different location to confirm it was there and then called me back to say it was waiting for me. The manager at the other location had hand selected the best board and had it on a cart waiting for me. All at nearly closing time on a holiday. Impressive customer service from both stores!

Love this store. The only thing is I can't afford everything. Hahahaha

The closing manager, Will, and the other staff on shift bent over backwards to help me in my time of need. The store had been closed for over a half hour when I came by, and they reopened a register just to make sure I got my equipment back in time. Tools also worked perfectly, could not recommend a better rental service.

I had the best service I've ever had at this Home Depot yesterday! (And I've had very good service on all of my visits so this is saying a lot!) Tom P. an older adult in the hardware section saved me $200 when my massage table broke a small cord used for stability and the manufacturer doesnt replace parts. Tom took the time to look at the table design. He was so completely knowledgeable about how to replace it! I am so gratful and impressed. This will definitely be my one stop shop from here on out. And the lady working at the self checkout lane was awesome, too. Highly recommend!!

Art who is one of the managers is amazing and helped me so much, but everyone there is so wonderful and helpful. Best Home Depot I’ve ever been to! Make sure to meet Bill!!

A standard Home Depot that is a little bit smaller and messier than most. The employees are nice and helpful and has the usual corporate vibe. Parking lot is small and tight, definitely hard to get in and out of during busy times. It does have a tool rental facility which is good.

Great store with plenty of people to help you if needed.
