Hideaway Bar and Grill is a hidden gem in Castle Rock 2nd visit as my friend and I went again today Sean our server was attentive and funny the food was great and prices are fair -Highly Recommend

What a great place! Took my clients here for an early dinner and cocktails. It was super windy and cold 12 degrees outside. When we walked in it immediately warmed us up just with the atmosphere, they have this super nice fireplace where we were able to sit by and enjoy the delicious food and drinks. The bartender took our order and offered amazing advise on cocktails. I love when a bartender/waiter asks questions about what you like and offers to make drinks based on our preferences. Nailed it!!! Awesome drinks great food and amazing service and atmosphere. Must stop by this cozy bar/restaurant!! Highly recommended :). You will not be disappointed.

We just moved to Castle Rock and we are excited to try all the local places. You can see this one from the highway, so we decided to stop in for a late lunch. When you go in, it’s seat yourself.

We sat in a booth in the back and our server Liz greeted us quickly. She made sure we were taken care of and gave us great service.

The nachos portion is huge, we got a 1/2 size with chicken and can’t imagine any more! The food is was great for bar food and we will be back to give it another try.

Cool atmosphere, good prices and friendly staff. Chicken strips were really good and not your typical style. The honey mustard was delicious and not overly sweet. 😋 very good place, right off the hwy.

Last night we had a spontaneous dinner night out. My family loves Hideaway.
Although they were very short staffed, our server Sean, who was also bartending, was INCREDIBLE and went ABOVE and BEYOND.
Being extremely busy, Sean was still kind, funny and very attentive with our family.
Thank you Sean...we will be requesting you our next visit.

Great food in a very casual setting! Very reasonably priced. Shrimp fajitas are a big recommendation!

First time, was so happy they allow dogs. Good selection of beer on tap and a great food selection. Everything we ordered was delicious! Club was so good, especially with the avocado and husband had the fish n chips, which were huge!

Awesome food and nice place for friends and family to eat. French dip is great and so are so are the burgers and sandwiches. Homemade dishes. The chips and salsa and the potato chips are great. Also, service is great and very friendly.

Great find as fun bar but also something you could bring the family too (was there for an early dinner). The service was great with multiple employees helping me out, who were all not only friendly but very real.

Had the wild caught fish with house made batter and chips—which was perfectly crunchy and fresh. Will definitely stop in again to try out more of the menu.

Goes to show that while something may not have the newest, most modern look with a bunch a funky craft beers it can more than make up for it with simply good food, service and character.

Edit: Went back with the family and they enjoyed it just as much. Again the food was great, with a simple but great grilled cheese for the kiddo that puts many other restaurants kid grilled cheese to shame. Also had the green chili for the first time and is probably one of the best we have had in Colorado.

Ryan!!! SHE is an awesome, friendly and attentive server here at the Hideaway! we chose the patio for this superb early weeknight dinner, and she was at our table, literally within a minute of sitting down. we had fish tacos and the country fried chicken. food was great, served within an appropriate time frame, drinks from the bar were not slow, like some places (Berg Haus) Ryan was attentive, but not pushy, well timed. Shecwas also a hot to chat with, very personable friendly...I'd come back to just chat with her! We'll be back for more food. This was my 2nd time here, I first came for a work lunch and the food was good. Thank you!

I went and and a dinner with an old friend. Amanda checked on us about every 10 minutes. She always made sure our drinks were full, we had a beverage in hand and were happy. She is by care the best waitress I have hadn’t n a long time. You won’t regret the experience. 5 stars across the board. Plus she loves action movies.

I had the fish in chips. You have the option of 2 or 3 pieces. I chose 2, I couldn't finish it all!! Nice big pieces! Coleslaw was delicious and fries were hot and crispy! Good variety on the menu I can't wait to go back! Our server Ryan was very nice and helpful!

Very knowledgeable waitress by the name of Hunter, upbeat personality, wonderful smile, just a overall positive person. Food was amazing, my son had the French Dip, and I had the Patty melt, both were amazing.

The name definitely fits its description as it is hidden in a corner alongside Hwy 25 in old downtown Castle Rock. I am quite pleased with its location, it’s set up both inside and outside, the pool area, the eating area, and the bar setup. The staff is super courteous and professional and the food is quiet pleasing. For a great social gathering and get-away, this is a descent establishment to go to. I highly recommended others to come here for a nice entertaining environment with great music. And by the way, if you’re into karaoke, this is the place to be!

Food is absolutely amazing! Healthy options are available and staff is great. I ordered a Rueben with broccoli as a side.

WOW I'm glad we found this place! Our food was ah-may-zing. As was my delightful mimosa.

I'm very impressed with their sausage gravy! It's cooked with the sausage as it should be, not just some white gravy with a little sausage introduced at the end. Fabulous flavor and consistency, just like my Mom would make it, I highly recommend. I had it with my breakfast burrito which was quite good.

My friend had the Hideaway sandwich and was raving about the fresh ingredients, taste and textures. I stole some fries, they're a good size between skinny and fat and done crisp but without losing all the potato inside. Fry perfection imo.

Very nice people, too, and our booth was comfy even though the table was a little low.

Great food, fun bartenders, attentive owners and fun atmosphere make for the perfect night out! New to town and found our new place!!!!

Fantastic and attentive service. Orders and special requests were accommodated. The place, and bathrooms were very clean. Music was a lot of fun. Also food was fantastic.. Pic is Ruben and French Dip. Onion rings a must!!!

Great service by Thea!! She is pleasant and very helpful. Her bubbly personality makes us want to come back every week for Trivia!!
