No Cow Cafe Gluten & Dairy Free Bakery

The people at this place are so kind and friendly, I feel like it made the food taste even better.
We got several different items that were all delicious and the vegan icing tasted exactly the same as traditional icing on a cinnamon roll. I also got a chocolate chip monkey bread and it was not only amazing, but filling. The best part was that it was a good full where I didn't have a crash afterwards.

Hidden gem in castle rock! Incredible gluten-free/dairy-free options. Everything I had was absolutely delicious!! Great service as well. I’ll be back and certainly order for my next gathering.

This place is amazing! The baked goods here are some of the best gluten-free items I’ve ever had. Everything we tried tasted great. I even bought a takeout box of treats for a friend.

My wife has a dairy allergy and we are SO happy we found this place and stopped by. The staff was amazing and I believe the owner is the one who actually helped us today. As first timers, he offered us some samples and everything he gave us was perfect. As someone who is FAR from vegan or even dairy free, I enjoyed everything. The carrot cake was hands down one of the best I've had, we actually ordered it for a birthday cake. We will 100% be back

Cannot rave about this place enough! The gluten free bread is delicious and makes me enjoy bread again. It toasts very well and has an amazing taste. Highly recommend!

GUYS THIS PLACE IS SO GOOD! Service was great, the staff are incredibly nice, they provided me with samples and even got me a little treat for my dog :)

The most amazing egg-free dairy-free gluten-free muffins and cakes I have ever had in my life! This guy has a gift for baking!
I bought two chocolate mini cakes for a birthday boy who is allergic to eggs and he devoured both of them!

Cute little cafe will be back for some homemade tomato soup and sandwiches!

I’m lactose intolerant & was so happy to find this place! They brought out two plates of samples for us to try which was so generous. Making things that are gluten and dairy free that taste good is quite a feat & they achieve that here! The carrot cake and the bread were our faves.

We love No Cow!

Whenever we tell our toddlers, “We’re going to No Cow today!” their faces light up. The treats No Cow prepares never fail to impress, and No Cow is always trying its hand at new confections and new breads.

In particular, we love the following.
-Jalapeño Cheddar Bread/Biscuits
-Cake Pops
-Cinnamon Rolls

But, everything they make is worthy of praise!

Owner is always super friendly. I go there almost every weekend with my kids. My daughter is allergic to peanuts and dairy, so this place is an oasis for her. We go so much that the owner knows us by now. Locally owned as well!

I have a friend who is vegan and I wanted to get something for her. She always has to compromise when getting treats so it was nice to get her something this tasty! I had a chocolate cake ball. I don’t typically eat gluten and dairy free but it was awesome! They were super nice when I was in there.

This place is incredible. I've been dozens of places looking for quality vegan bakery items but none of matched this quality. I was overwhelmed by what their website shows to be 30 sweets and 12 breads so they were kind enough to give samples. You can't go wrong with anything. The people running it are the kindest and most welcoming too. Wish I lived closer!

Best gluten free (GF) and vegan bakery ever! This stuff is so good my wife loves it and I don't have dietary restrictions and I love it too! That says a ton! What an amazing gift to Castle Rock and Parker area! Amazing owner too!

This place is awesome! I'm vegan and gluten free and their food is outstanding. Everything I've tried so far has been delicious. Their plain bread is so much better than any other gluten-free bread I've ever tried, I am hooked! I'm absolutely in love with their jalapeño and cheddar pretzels. I've tried the chocolate mini cakes, the lemon strawberry mini cakes, and the cinnamon rolls, all were fantastic. My top fave is the lemon strawberry cake so far. I'm so thrilled to have found this bakery near my home! Update: I recently tried their dumplings and OMG they are good! I tried the potatoe, spinach, and mushroom flavors. The flavors in these dumplings are unique from the country of Bhutan and unlike anything I've tried before. Plus, the Bhutanese guy was there and made me an AMAZING dipping sauce for the dumplings from scratch while I waited!! The sauce was literally the best tasting hot sauce I've ever had in my life! I've been day dreaming about those dumplings and sauce ever since!

I stopped in this week to grab a treat with a family member who recently had to alter their diet drastically. They can not have gluten or dairy. We were so surprised by how delicious the cakes and cookies were. Upon walking in we were slightly underwhelmed as the cakes do not have frosting on them in the case. However when you order, they put the frosting on to keep it fresh. We got the chocolate and carrot cake. They were AMAZING! The cakes were so moist and the frostings were not too sweet! It is arguable one of the best carrot cakes I have ever had. I look forward to going back and trying more of their treats.

Great find to buy some things for my gluten-free wife! got cookies and cake which she loved. Look forward to trying soft pretzels and bread next. Friendly service with samples.

Rare Gem to find a gluten-free, dairy-free bakery of this quality!! The kitchen is clean and vegan and other allergy friendly options are available! Our family loves No Cow Bakery!!!

Absolutely amazing food! The best gf/dairy we’ve had in a long time. The pretzel are soft like non gf. All the cakes are good! Make sure you stop by this wonderful little gem!!

Went to No Cow Cafe the other day (just an FYI, they are only open Thursday-Sunday) went in told the person behind the counter was my 1st time, they gave me 3 sample to try, all of them were AMAZING! So here we are with a trough of goodies.

The chocolate cake (looks like a muffin) is cake and is the icing just brings it all together, not overly sweet, the inside is VERY velvety and moist, but not liquidity at all, just kinda melts in your mouth.

The strawberry cake, man... I could easily swallow a few of these and not feel bad about it. The icing is the perfect match of strawberry sweetness. It's my favorite by a long shot.

The brownie, I'm a harsh critic on brownies. These did not disappoint, crunch on the outside, moist in the middle, gewy guts... perfect brownie.

The poboy, strawberry, and blueberry have a consistency of a waffle and a cupcake mixed together. It's great!

Colorado definitely has a few 5 star vegan spots, NO Cow has been added to my favorites list.

So happy I found this bakery! Its allergy friendly and accommodates all my dietary needs. But the baked goods are GOOD. Im very impressed and its such a cute small shop. Their cakes arent dry and boring either. I tried their carrot cake, tomatoe bisque, and a few other sweets. They put the icing on fresh for you and they dont sit in the case. Tasted great! Their white bread is gluten free and doesnt fall apart, tastes really really great and holds a lot of ingredients for sloppy sandwiches.

Also the breads smell really good 😊
