Pharmacy I Kaiser Permanente Sacramento Medical Center

Kaiser is awesome and their pharmacy is SO fast. Not only do they have your prescription to you within 15 minutes (usually closer to 10 minutes), they are incredibly efficient and excellent at multitasking. There was some very ODD drama happening the day I was there between two strangers and Kaiser promptly had security on it. I can't speak highly enough about the staff or the pharmacy at Kaiser Morse.

Picked up a prescription and the wait was reasonable.

My experience at Kaiser Morse was and always has been excellent😊. The Dr.s and nurses on the 5th floor are very caring & attentive. I have never had a problem anywhere in this hospital. It is my favorite Kaiser, and nurse Maria Mercado is the best 😚

I find 99% of the doctors and Specialist to be excellent. The part I find being a member and at the Morse Ave the main problem is their pharmacy and techs that assist the people get attitudes. They argue with you rather then to take the time get someone to check their spam bins to see if the request from your doctor might have gone there.I have had this experience to be the worst. The only reason I continue to use this pharmacy is because it's the closest to me. When a patient arrives to get their medication they are there for a reason. They al ready don't feel good let alone deal with a tech or cashier to argue with, and yes they argue with an attitude, they think they're not replaceable, but everyone is. I love Kaiser Permanente I just hope they take these complaints regarding this Morse Ave Sacramento California pharmacy more serious. Doctors as this goes I have the very best...

Kaiser Permanente has always been a good partner in my health maintenance. From diagnosing a critical condition to day to day care and maintenance, I have always been satisfied.

I like this pharmacy even tho a bit small, it's the only one I go to. I've been to other pharmacies and this one by far is the best one
