Came in to look at rims and left with a new set, it was super easy to swap over my tires and avoid buying new ones. I am more than happy, thank you guys

Great place to get tires. They will match any verifiable internet price. Plus you get their excellent service. (Free air fill ups, free rotations, road hazard warranty, etc)
The road hazard warranties are quite inexpensive. Plus these guys don't fix the tire. If you get a puncture, they just replace the tire. No, pro-rated, mileage discount etc, etc. They just give you a brand new tire. Or all four, if needed.
I won't buy tires anywhere else.

Super nice staff, clean shop. Got my vehicle towed in, they repaired it and got me going FOR FREE. Like 0.00. They check air pressure and offer air for free as well but the lines get long. Will be shopping with them in the future just based on the great experience. One guy even came out and talked with me about tire options (lord know Merced streets murder tires)

Staff always very nice and helpful. Goes quicker if you make an appt online ahead of time. Quick service.

They always get me in and out fast. Fix nails & screws in my tires at no charge. Never try to up sell or b.s. me. I never go anywhere else!

The Merced store is always so amazing! From their customer service to the work they do on our vehicles! Very professional, I appreciate the way they make eye contact when speaking to you and say your name when addressing you. I will continue to do business here. As a woman I don't feel like I'm going to get ripped off if I come in without my husband. Their honesty goes a long way.

Overall great experience they are attentive and quickly correct any errors. Customer service is excellent they are ready to help polite and answer questions thoroughly. The staff on site is excellent

As a self proclaimed frugal person, I always go out of my way to save, and that means avoiding large tire chain shops like America's Tire.

This time around, however, I gave a America's Tire a shot and they've convinced me a chain shop like their's might be the way to go from now on. In fact, I ended up spending less than if I went to a so-called "cheaper" place (my total was $88 out the door for 4 tires installed (plus balancing and etc.) I also learned flat repairs and tire rotations come free, too (even if you didn't buy/install tires from them iirc.) If you ever rotated your own tires, you know how tempting taking them up on that offer is.

All the staff were polite, knowledgeable, and timely with their service.

Granted, you might wait slightly longer compared to a Mom and Pop place but you get a nice waiting area with WiFi, clean bathrooms, and a nearby grocery if you're hungry.

Don't hesitate going to this store, they'll treat you well.

Great place and great prices! Super helpful and no high pressure up sells. I'll be buying all my tires from these fine folks. They discovered that my factory wheel locks were not the correct ones and replaced them with regular lug nuts free of charge. Really quick too depending on how busy they were. There was one person in front of me and they were finished with me in 45 minutes.

Turlock store is a good one. Professional and kind service on a consistent basis. Good management.

I think you should have a canopy or something for the mechanics. They check the tire pressure. It’s getting hot out there I’m just saying.🥵☀🥵🔥

I used the online option to purchase and set up appointment for my wife's car. It was simple all my wife had to do was show up show her ID and she was in and out quickly. Good job America's tire thank you this will definitely be our go to spot for tires.

They have the best staff anybody could ever ask for. They are friendly and nice. They really love there jobs and they are quick to help you

Brandon, Joeseph and the rest of the team did an excellent job. I ordered tires off TireRack .com. They were delivered straight to the Merced Store, and my wife set a 8:45AM.
It was nothing but great customer service from the second I walked through the door until the time I drove away. Very efficient running outfit.
I got there a few minutes late, which they did not mention. I got the at 8:48 and was driving away before 9:20.
They are that fast, without cutting corners, or without making you feel rushed out the door. I found my new tire shop. Great job guys!

This place is indeed the best tire shop. I came here after work with a nail in my tire. I asked them how much to fix it they told me it's free since I had bought a tire once years ago from them. They fixed my tire in 10 mins they have my thumbs up. Great customer service and just great job fellas.

Arrived for appointment and they had a spot reserved for me when I pulled up for new tires. Very friendly staff members and a wide selection of quality brand tires.

My better half had purchased his tires with America's Tire along with the extra warranty for replacement. It so happened the extra warranty came in handy. He took the tire in for replacement and there were no questions asked. Tire was replaced .

The customer service here is outstanding. I just received a free balance and rotation all under thirty minutes. I did schedule an appointment though as an FYI. They are always busy which to me is a great sign. I bought tires from them a few years ago and they were great then too. They will always have my business and I highly recommend them for your tire needs!
