My wife and I moved here in August and were looking for a gym that had personalized one on one training. We have learned so much over the last few months. Both of us love the training classes.

Marty, the owner, is passionate about helping people. If your goals are to learn how to be healthier, this is the place for you. If you want to get stronger, yep this is the place. Want an effective way to look better and not run around on hamster wheels, yep this is the place.

Very, very knowledgeable coaching from the owner, Marty. He helped me come back from shoulder surgery and regain range of motion that I thought was lost forever. He also coached my wife and 10 year old son. We are all lucky to have such a great local place like this in Cheyenne. Don't hesitate, give him a call and go to a few sessions. It will probably be hard to stop because it WILL change your life.

Love Cheyenne Barbell! One on one is awesome. I have been going since September and can’t believe the changes, not big ones, but small ones...carrying things, more balance, pulling things over my head, being able to squat down and even getting out of a chair without using my hands! It is just an amazing experience if you want to get stronger with more balance.
