I had a very good experience here a week ago, opening up some accounts here. The staff was friendly and experienced, and everyone was very accommodating of my elderly mom who was with me. I spoke with a nice gentleman Mr. Roberto Tort Nava, who explained everything and answered my questions thoroughly. Merci beaucoup! Thank you!

This branch is well managed and keeps money so you can actually withdraw the money that belongs to you. Some other branches just don’t!

I’m 19 years old and still learning a lot about money. I came here today and the staff was more than happy to assist me and answer all my questions. They walked me through everything I need to know about credit for the first time and helped me apply for my first credit card. they were very friendly and helpful. Talked to a couple awesome staff members but talked the most to Elliot and I’m very appreciative of his help. I feel good moving forward and feel I have a very reliable bank to come to when I have questions or need help.

I’m very new to the world of finances and Christina (I’m not sure how to spell her name) was very accommodating, nice and patient with me as my end of the day brain is maxed out even as her shift neared the end. I’m glad I chose to come to this location.

I moved to Eugene in August and my former credit union has no branches here. OCCU had decent reviews and is close to my new place. My experience thus far has been outstanding. Mind you, I'm not Mr. Monopoly. There is no need to diversify my portfolio...But for a middle-class guy with a middle-class wallet, I've had no negative experiences with OCCU. I also appreciate how quick they process after hours deposits. Always in the next day! Friendly staff and quick moving lines.

Very kind staff. Low wait times usually. Convenient location. I can use the ATM here for deposits, transfers, withdrawals, and balance inquiries. Even though I don't bank with them. I do however bank with First Tech and they partnered with this location to allow customers such as myself the convenient option of coming to this location instead of driving all the way to W11th for First Tech...

Casey Higgason was so helpful, patient and kind. He even followed up a week or so after our meeting to see if I had any more questions. I had used OCCU before but he made the experience much more personal and seamless.

Remarkably nice is the motto of my credit union. And OCCU is genuinely so! I have banked with this Oregon Community Credit Union since moving to Eugene as a graduate student many years ago.
The organization has met every expectation. I have a regular savings account with a FDIC insured national bank for convenience, however, I keep my checking and a small savings balance at OCCU because they support local community events.
What can I say: I love my Oregon Ducks and I love my yellow ducks debit card even better! Thank you OCCU!

The people here are remarkably nice!!! They really live up to their name. I go to this location whenever I need anything that has to do with my account. They are the BEST!!!
