Garrett was wonderful to work with. We walked in and he walked up to us immediately to offer help. Very knowledgeable about the products and helped us determine the best TV/sound system for the type of home setup we have. We went with a wireless sound bar system. Garrett even demonstrated how it would sound. Hearing it and visualizing was great.

We will go back again as we always do.

Prices were more than fair and they held them so we could go back home and get a vehicle that could fit the large boxes. We got it home and mounted. No damages to boxes or components inside. All parts were there and in great condition. We will definitely use Video Only again!!

I had David as my salesman, and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was happy to help every time I had to call or visit during my research period. I ended up with a 65" Sony, and I'm very happy with my purchase. 10/10 recommend! 👍👍

I’m super indecisive about things like TVs, but David was great at answering every question I had. Super satisfied with the TV I ended up with, and the deal I got on it! My last TV from Costco broke after less than 3 years, but was already out of warranty; now I have one with a 5-year warranty, so I can rest a lot easier.

We bought a TV from Video Only in Salem a couple years ago, and were happy with the price and experience. Unfortunately, it was damaged during a move. We decided to head to Eugene to purchase a replacement and were not disappointed. Not only was Garrett incredibly knowledgeable, he helped us make the decision that would suit us best. Video Only if EUGENE has some excellent people working there that have a vast knowledge of electronics. Markus helped me choose the television for a suitable for our size of room, but didn’t oversell us on something we didn’t need. I highly suggest Video Only of EUGENE and will continue to use them.

If I could give Garrett 10 stars I would. He is helpful, kind, super knowledgeable and breaks everything down so you are extremely comfortable with what you are buying. He isn’t pushy whatsoever and it was fun to see salespeople who are so down to earth and love to just help people out. I am writing this review to say how happy I am with Video Only in Eugene, Oregon. Video Only is located at 2823 Chad Drive, across from COSTCO. The reason I buy my TVs from Video Only and not the other place is 2 fold. First reason is the manager of the store David Stuve and the second reason is price and selection. I just want to say that David is one of the best sales consultants I have ever run across. I was in sales for my entire career so I know a little bit about this. David has taken care of me and my family members 3 times now and each experience has been excellent. David has the knowledge and skill to guide you on your flat screen TV buying adventure. His consultation is personal, timely, and well executed. I just called David the other day as a mishap had damaged the first TV I purchased from him and a replacement was necessary. After refamiliarizing himself with my situation he explained to me what he would do if he were in my shoes and what he said made complete and total sense to me so I was able to replace my TV without even going into the store. The nice thing is he guided me to a better TV than I have now, It is lower in price, and he had it in stock. It is being delivered today in fact. So please do yourself a favor and if you are in the market for a new flatscreen TV go see David Stuve at Video Only in Eugene, you will be happy you did.

Our main TV picture went out just before last week’s ice/storm. (January 2024)
No question, went to Video Only Eugene as repeat customers and David greeted us as soon as our feet were inside the store.
David asked a few questions, steered us to the choices based on our wants and space situation. We were new to the current technology so David was a wealth of info so we could make an educated decision.
We went bigger! Went home and enjoyed the new TV during the nasty storm.
Give Video Only a chance to compete with Costco and Best Buy, nothing to lose and most likely you will buy a TV from David and other sales people we have had in the past.

I was looking for a 55” Samsung S90C, I had found one at Best Buy but they weren’t going to have it the day I wanted to buy it. Anyway on a whim I thought I would check Video Only on the off chance that they’d have one and sure enough they did. I got my TV that day, and it was almost $300 cheaper than Best Buy!! I honestly thought they would have a few TVs in the showroom and would have to order the one I wanted.. I was totally wrong, they have a HUGE selection. I was also thinking that if they did have it, it would be far more expensive than the big box store down the road. Wrong again. Never have I been more excited to be wrong lol. Moving forward they will be the first place I check if I need a TV. Ask for David, he’s the one that helped me and he knows his stuff. P.S. David, if you see this, THANK YOU. David was superb! Helped with selection, delivery and install. I checked prices at Best Buy, Costco, and Eugene Video Only. Paid off as they had an unadvertised store special. Video Only beat the others by 100's.

They honestly do have the lowest prices not only in town but online too. In a time where you have to buy everything online and can’t see the tv in person, video only gives you the opportunity to see them side by side. They have a wide variety of tvs in stock, so it was great to be able to walk out with the exact tv I wanted.

We were helped by David and it was a great experience. He is super helpful, knowledgeable, and was not pushy at all. He even recommended a tv cheaper than the one we ended up buying.

I would 100% recommend this place for anyone looking to buy a new tv.

Bought a beautiful 65” Samsung this past weekend with help of manager David. He helped me pick the most suitable option while staying within my price point and other criteria. After searching around the TV turned out to be $100 cheaper than other places including Costco. 10/10 would recommend. They’re locally owned too!

We came in looking for a good deal and left with a great deal. We upgraded in quality from what we were originally looking at. My husband and I are happy with our upgrade and the price we paid. Good TV good value for the price.

We decided to upgrade our tv on 12/23. David was very professional, no pressure and listen to our needs before he recommended a tv. What he recommended was not the most expensive tv in the store but a great model in the middle of the road. 2 days later the tv went blank in the middle of a movie and would not respond. After googling some home fixes that didn't work I went back to the store to ask some questions. David ask a few question and said it sounds like a power source issue. Asked if we saved the original packaging. Some he told me at least 3 times. then he asked if it was recoverable. I said yes he said " just bring it back and exchange it" I went home taped up all 31 pieces of the box and went back to the store. After running a couple tests they loaded up a new tv which is working great. I highly recommend David and his staff at Video only they are very easy to work with and they stand behind their product 100%. I will definitely buy my next tv from this store. Thanks David for your great service.
