Great experience there today. Exceptional customer service by a new associate named Ray. She really went above & beyond to help us pick out the perfect chair & stayed late past when her shift ended to assemble it! She is an absolute gem & a valueable addition to this company. Thank you so much Ray. We really appreciate your kindness and effort!!!

I got a stamp made and the man working in the business section was great! He had my stamp ready for me in just a few minutes. Excellent customer service. I believe his name is Henri. Definitely recommend Office Depot for same day stamps!

I went into Office Depot to look for a ballpoint pen refill and the employee was helpful and went out of their way to help me. I appreciate someone cheerfully assisting me. I think it's important to shop in actual stores instead of online. I like to see what I'm buying in person. Parking is easy and I was in and out of the store in no time.

Office Depot is clean, employees are helpful, and they have what you need. I bought a gold, metal barrel Sharpie
Pen for my granddaughter who borrowed mine (she’s an artist) and returned it with an empty ink cartridge. Luckily, they had ONE pkg of ink refills. I asked them to order more!! I’m sure they will.

Today looking for office chairs... For the vertically challanged. And very happy with the selection. It fit well and was very cost effective. Had it assembled in no time and she loves it... So far. Ha ha. They also have exucitive chairs youd expect in a lawers office. Will say more when i shop for more. But today, im happy.

I order on line and pick it up at the store. I like the selection of hands on products. It makes it easier to select the best option for yourself. Staff is friendly and helpful. Update: This is still true, year after year!

Staff were very helpful and friendly trying to help me find what I needed. I had the number of my printer wrong but they helped me try to find correct number and they were prompt to get my order out to me when I went home and ordered ink by correct number and came back to pick up!

I had excellent service from several employees and the product I needed was in stock. The price was a bit stiff but the store gave me opportunity to see the product and to immediately buy and use it.

Friendly and helpful personnel, I would highly recommend shopping here. The staff is great!

I shop there for several reasons:
*It's clean & squared away out front; l feel safe parking & entering the store
* OD Personnel notice you, greet you and direct you if you need help finding what you need
*Most items are in stock
*OD does not stock up front end of store with sugary junk food at kids eye-level (well, not very much!).

Initially they were having difficulties finding my order and an office chair I ordered kept stating in stock but would be cancelled due to being out of stock within 20 minutes of my order. The inventory manager working 2/10/23 went above and beyond to help me. They were not only able to find my order but found me an office chair exactly like the one I ordered. I highly recommend for their outstanding customer service!

Every time I come into this location Ivy is always so helpful even though it appears the staff is significantly understaffed. He is always professional and helpful. He deserves a really nice raise! Please give it to him.

Good selection of office products. Salespeople are great. Prices were competitive with online stores pricing and location is nice. Would recommend to family and friends.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Daniel. He is a sales manager at this location and truly went above and beyond helping us. We were looking for a desk and he saw that the price was cheaper online than in store and was able to match the price. Daniel’s customer service was absolutely outstanding.
