Extremely friendly and knowledgeable folks. They take time to pair you with the right horse and make sure you and your new partner are comfortable. Beautiful ride, our only regret was not going on a longer one!

We found this place almost last minute as we were looking for a place to rest on our way back to Washington.
There has been a lot of snow lately, so the staff wanted to be sure we made it to the lodge safely, then escorted us up to our home for the weekend.
The Sophia House was nestled elegantly against a hillside with almost 360 degree views of pristine mountains and gorgeous valleys.
The home was well decorated and chock full of windows to enjoy the views. The kitchen was fully stocked and the cozy couch was a wonderful place to relax with coffee.
The bed was big and comfortable and the walk-in shower was nice.
We will definitely come back!!!

We stayed at Erik’s ranch for multiple nights. The first night was in the stables and then some of our family stayed in the lodge while we stayed in the Cargill Earl Guesthouse. The stables were in the barn, but it was perfect for us. The rooms were surprisingly clean considering it was a barn. The lodge was huge with many common spaces to share. And the guesthouse was breathtaking. The views were incredible. The staff were available and so helpful any time we needed anything. We loved our stay at Erik’s!

Beautiful location. We stayed at the Creekside Cabin and loved the porch right next to the creek. Stargazing was awesome during the night time, and during the day the hikes and drives around the area were beautiful. The staff was very warm and welcoming too. A great experience overall.

We visited Erik's Ranch for their horseback riding experience. It was for my two little ones, 8 and 10 y/o, and myself. We each rode our own horse up a mountain trail and were guided by Casey & Brandon (hope I remember those names right). They were super helpful, caring, gave us good information about the area, and made the ride interesting. We would definitely come back again for this experience. To clarify, we did not spend the night here. Experience only.

We booked Sundown grizzly excursion and had an amazing time! 10/10 would recommend! We saw 5 grizzly bears, but even if we had not, we met the most incredible people who work/volunteer at the ranch and do incredible work for people with autism! Didn't cost much at all and drinks and snacks were even provided. :)

So by luck/freak happenstance I was blessed to find this place called Erik's Ranch. Ad said $70 bucks a night. Yeah right. Nope,it was real and it was the best thing ever to find. This place was amazing. Tucked into the mountains maybe 15 minutes out of Livingston was this adorable, beautiful, peaceful, quite ranch. Deer and elk EVERWHERE!!!! They have these stable rooms for those not wanting to stay at the main lodge. It literally is rooms built in the barn/riding arena. They showed us to our room (super sweet and helpful staff might I add). It was clean and beautiful. It was perfect for a weekend getaway. Super quiet, 52 minutes from Yellowstone. Now if you need all the finer things in life like tv and internet the stable rooms aren't for you but it's just what we wanted. The bed was even comfy!!! Best part is that it is a nonprofit organization for autistic people. Most the staff is autistic to my understanding as well which is more amazing. Such a great place. I will definitely be going back ASAP. Best find ever!!!

My fiance and I came here during the spring in late April. First thing is first, the views are stunning! I couldn't get over that at anytime of day you could see the rolling hills, the towering mountains and the vast sky just outside your door! We came to mostly see yellowstone but staying here the sightseeing didn't have to stop. If you have the energy you have to stay up late to see the stars in all of their majesty. Everyone here was very kind and easy to talk to and you can ask them just about anything. If you can I highly recommend staying here!

Hands down the most beautiful place I have ever stayed. This cause is amazing and Jonah was a huge help during the winter weather. We will be back and stay at the guesthouse again. The owners were quick with responses and great with recommendations.

Eric's Ranch Horseback riding was a wonderful experience! The outings are kept to groups of 4 or less so there is a great opportunity to enjoy the ride and the guides and of course the beautiful landscapes surrounding the property. Wonderful ride!!

Just a great place. Garett and Joelle were very accomodating. The ranch is near Mt. Cowen and Yellowstone. With a rental car you can go anywhere and there are tons of places to drive around nearby. If I ever go back to Montana I'm honestly going to try to go here

My son had his wedding here and it was an amazing experience. They rented the main house, had an amazing ceremony with the mountains as a backdrop and a beautiful reception in the barn.

The most beautiful location. The guest house was amazing. We loved the quiet and brought a kite for the kids which flew great with the winds.
