Burt is simply amazing! Excellent customer service, easy to work with, and you can tell he loves what he does.
He is not about selling but making sure you get the system that fits your need and taste. In fact, when I first called him regarding my need, he provided his honest opinion and referred me to a brand that he doesn't even carry or sell. I ended up going back to him with more discussion, loaning various speakers and systems to find the best match. On top of all the experiences, Burt provides reasonable pricing in the market to take care of his customer. No shop in the area can beat this. If you are in the area, please make sure to visit before buying from another Hi-Fi store

Bert makes Seattle Hifi a delightful place to demo gear, trade in equipment, and ultimately purchase the next item in your hifi journey. His approachable and fun attitude make it easy to talk about anything, which is especially great because Bert has so much experience! Never one to talk you into spending more just for the sake of it, you always know you’re getting the best gear for you at the time for your circumstances! I couldn’t recommend this spot more :)
