Lexi was the most amazing help ever! Me and my mom went in to get some things taken care of with a phone I had bought and she was so helpful. I have never had such an amazing experience at this store. So grateful for the time she took to help us.

Quincy was incredibly helpful and made this process a breeze. He was honest and he communicated every detail with us. All questions were answered thoughtfully. I expected this process to be a nightmare, and it just wasn't. We also witnessed his interactions with other customers and he promptly addressed them and gave them the opportunity to schedule an appointment to be seen later instead of waiting. Thank you so so much, Quincy!

Quincy was so incredibly helpful. I can’t say enough about the unparalleled level of customer service he provided. He found a number of ways to bundle services and save our family on our monthly plan. Also, he’s very personable and friendly. We will absolutely call ahead to make sure he’s working the next time we need services. He’s 10/10 amazing!

As Taydem no longer works at this store, I can no longer recommend the store. I had an issue with my trade ins not being applied, and the gal I spoke with put me off, promising to check into it and never calling me back. After phone calls and agent chats with corporate Verizon they made it right. No help from the store.

Great place for your Verizon needs. They are an authorized retailer, not corporate. A little sparse on accessories, but we were able to get everything taken care of and bought that we needed. The guy that helped us was awesome. I’ll definitely be back!

Went into the store to trade our phones in. We were helped by Lexi and Quincy. They were very nice and helpful.

This place, and the people who work in it, is excellent. I wish every retail experience could be this good. I had struggled for an hour or so to switch my cell service from an iPhone 7 to the new model. These guys did it in about ten minutes. They were also very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. You couldn't ask for more from a carrier store.

I went in today planning on trading in an older phone and was helped by both Jamie and Brock who were exceptional. Fantastic customer service and they were extremely knowledgeable on all the products I asked about. I will definitely choose this location before any other in the future.

Kaleb was absolutely amazing! He was so helpful, patient and kind while my husband and I chose our phones. We both ended up exchanging our phones a few days later and Kaleb was so helpful with the process! We didn't feel pushed into anything, which I really appreciated! Overall best experience in any phone store by far!

They were able to get me right in to help with resolving multiple issues with my phone and service. Offered several recommendations to save money on my plan and phone. I appreciated where she wasn't sure she immediately got answers from other associates in the store. Very pleasant experience as was the other associates I met with at prior appointments.

We had so many needs when we went in- change from another carrier, create a family plan, order new phone, purchase 2 phones for aging parents… It took some time, but Savannah took excellent care of us! She did a masterful job of getting us the very best value on everything we needed for the absolute lowest price.

I had a great experience working with Kaleb at the Farmington Station Verizon store. He was personable, knowledgeable and helpful In advising me with phone features I wanted and the best money saving strategies. He went above and beyond to get me set up and even stayed an hour and a half after regular store hours to finish the job so I went home with a working phone and didn’t have to return again in the morning. Thanks Caleb. You Rock!

We had a great experience at the Farmington Station Park store. Hailey the Sales Rep and Brian the manager. They were both so patient & helpful. They gave us exactly what we were looking for. They went above and beyond in every way. I would definitely come back and buy phones or products from this store & these two sales reps.

Kudos to Kaleb!! He turned a very difficult transaction into a very pleasant one. He wouldn’t take no for an answer from corporate and spent hours fixing my account. He is a stellar man and I’m so happy with his professionalism.

Best service I've ever had at a Verizon store. Also this store had a lot more variety than most stores I have been to.

A great experience, Hailey was an excellent sales person. She walked us through set up and activation of our new cell phone and iPad. I recommend anyone in the market for an up-grade or first time buyer ask for Hailey, you will be throughly impressed.

In my experience Dave Hall was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He was willing to help me even though it took about 1 1/2 hours. He definitely know his products and answered all my questions. How can you complain about that? I am recommending Dave and this store to all my friends!

Relaxed shopping experience. Staff were helpful and kind. Getting devices in was slow because of supply issues, but they were able to work on a solution for me.
