Cotton On Station Park

Love the clothes here - especially their children’s line! The only thing I don’t love is that there is a security camera that is located right by where the fitting room is and is very visible from inside of the dressing room. I won’t be shopping here or let my children try clothes on in this fitting room anymore until this problem gets addressed.

I love all the workers at cotton on, the girl with the shirt brownish black hair is always so kind !

let me start this out by saying i know some AWESOME girls who work at cotton on/ cotton on body. Natalie, Raquell, and the manager at cotton on body with the long dark hair. genuinely such hard workers who have great customer service skills. today i came in to return a shirt i bought two days ago. i had the receipt, and my tag with me. i explained my situation and just wanted to return my shirt. the girl who helped me was very unkind, she told me since the tag wasn’t on the shirt she couldn’t help me. i said you really can’t return this? ive been in store and returned items previously without tags attached to my clothes, i was confused. this girl who i later found was acting manager (she had long dark hair) wouldn’t even elaborate or answer my questions. i turned to a worker i knew who was helping a customer and asked her if they really can’t. she said it’s store policy. i turned back to the worker, she avoided eye contact, didn’t say an other word to me, and proceeded to go back to what she was doing. i picked up my things, went into cotton on body to return some pants that had a hole in them, i explained to them how i was treated and started to cry!! so embarrassing. a girl who over heard everything who was going over to cotton on for her shift said “that girls had a really hard week.” i get that, ive worked retail and ive had bad days. that’s not a free pass of how to treat customers. the girls in cotton on body were SO KIND, i can’t say enough good things about the girls working. they answered my questions, they returned my pants and handled everything with honestly the best customer service ive ever received. i have struggled with leaving this review because i shop here all the time. but ultimately i’m disappointed with how i was treated in cotton on by that worker today, to the point it made me cry to the cotton on body girls.

Love cotton on kids but will never go back to the station park location. The girl working on Friday June 23rd at 3 pm with long black hair was horribly mean. I’ve never been treated this poorly in a retail store in my life. Don’t go to this location unless you want to be talked down to as if you’re trash.

I would order online and avoid going into the store. This is directly towards cotton on kids location at Station Park. I have been in many times with my kids and get nothing but dirty looks, specifically, from the young woman with long dark hair working the front desk. She is there every time we go. No welcome, zero help when you ask questions and while checking out she still makes you feel like an inconvenience. I’m over going into the store with rude workers who don’t give a care about giving decent costumer service.

I was waiting for a dressing room and the girl working was so disrespectful. she gave me dirty looks, rolled her eyes at me and never once helped when I asked. After I tried my clothed on I put them away and ran out, I have never been treated so horribly at this location or and location. do better.

Came in just looking around then I went to try on cloths. The worker looked into the fitting room I was in which was a mess because of the person before me. And she started giving me a dirty look and she looked at her co worker. Honestly not the best place to shop.

Purchased a pair of shorts thinking I was getting the same deal as online however once I left the store and looked at my receipt I noticed they rang up full price. So I went back into the store and spoke with the cashier and she said they don't match or do the same discounts as online. I was bummed and returned the shorts. As I'm returning them I hear one of their sales associates saying on the phone "I gave your mom my discount." I couldn't believe it. I'm a customer and was asking to match the price of online and was denied. Your sales people give friends better service than you give your customers. Super disappointed.

Went to Cotton On to buy some summer clothes for my daughter and they are still not allowing anyone to try on clothes in the fitting rooms. I can see how this started early on during COVID when we didn't understand the disease, but at this point, it makes no rational or scientific sense to not let customers in a clothing store try on the clothes. I'm happy and willing to wear a mask like they request even though I am fully vaccinated and our state does not have a mask mandate, but we left the store because I don't want the hassle of having to return clothes if they don't fit once they get home. And how is me taking clothes to my home, trying them on and then returning them any safer than trying them on in the store? Let's be safe, but let's be rational. Anyway -- we walked across the street to Old Navy, tried on a bunch of clothes and spent $200 dollars at your competitor. Hope you will open your fitting rooms soon!

I'm not sure why the dark haired girl behind the counter was so unfriendly, unfortunately there was no greeting ir welcome feeling walking in today, she was standing there almost avoiding eye contact doing absolutely nothing, I don't want to be harassed but if you just stand there staring or avoiding eye contact then it comes across as rude.

I would order online and avoid going to this store. Worst customer service. I went in trying to find a pair of jeans I saw on their website for my teenager. Sales associate flat out ignored me and would not help.

Went into the store on a Sunday and was told the fitting room was closed because they were short staffed when there was three employees working, not sure how many employees are needed to work a fitting room.

Overpriced how is one baby onesie $40 yeah no
