It was a wonderful shopping experience. Brian was a very pleasant, friendly sales associate. He is going to do great things! Checkout was easy and the young lady that checked me out was very nice too. I can’t wait to get my new furniture.

The movers were very nice & professional. They got the job done. I spoke with a very helpful man by the name of Paul who coordinated delivery details for me with no problem. I love this couch!

Soon as you walk in the door, your greeted very politely. The store looks very nice. All the sales people are very very nice and accommodating. Overall a GREAT store. Mercedes was a very pleasant sales lady.

I just purchased some customs rugs from Haynes, Alejandro Velez was wonderful helping me select my rugs. He was friendly, kind, patient and really showed he cared and ensured I was satisfied. Very professional. His knowledge made the selection experience very easy. My experience working with him was very refreshing! I’ve done business with Haynes Rugs for years, going all the way back to Norma , whom was also the best! I would not go to any other place to purchase rugs.

James did an amazing job helping us with our mattress purchase. He took the time to answer all of our questions and explained things thoroughly. He truly went above and beyond with us and his passion for what he does shows. We couldn't recommend him more!

I shopped mainly online. I never went to the store to see my purchase. I read descriptions of various furnitures before making my decision. Someone got in touch with me via phone texts. Then it was smooth sailing from that point. The furniture I chose did not disappoint and I was confident of the purchase. From sales until delivery in my home, the process was very smooth! I was promised a white glove service and it was delivered with high quality service indeed! The delivery was smooth and professional. The delivery and set up took only 10 minutes! After going through many stores for a few months, this was perfection at its best! Thank you!

We were fortunate to have Candice as our sales associate today. We were shopping for a variety of items for our new home and Candice helped us with locations and prices, as well as helpful info on quality, availability and additional markdowns. She did not hover over us, but allowed us to browse without pressure. Highly recommended Candice! We’ll be back!

I came in looking for a specific Mitchell Gold Bob Williams piece of furniture and I was introduced quickly to Chuck and Tami, who was in charge of that inventory. Tami was amazing to work with and she was able to track down the piece I was looking for. My experience with both Chuck and Tami was nothing less than stellar! I recently moved from Texas to Virginia and lost my desk key during the move. I reached out to Haynes Furniture because they are a rep for the line of furniture that I have. Even though this was a small thing theirs Customer Care folks were great to work with. They reached out to the manufacturer, got me a price and had it shipped. Throughout this whole process they were great in their communication. A real pleasure to deal with!

Love my sectional we purchased with Ace. He made the whole experience & purchase wonderful! I envisioned the sofas in the showroom and it exceeded my expectations! The delivery was smooth and professional!

Al was the best salesperson. He let me browse at my leisure and when I had selected my items he was nearby to assist with answering any questions. He even gave me different options to choose at different price points. I told him I wasn't going to make a purchase that day but because of his relaxed nature and no pressure demeanor, I had time to think and decided to go ahead and buy that day. The selection at Haynes is great! The sales person who assisted me was so personable! Great furniture buying experience!

My sales consultant, Kathryn Reese, was excellent. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Plus she was just great to work with! Oh and we laughed and bonded over our pets!

Soky did an amazing job finding the exact piece that we wanted. Her expertise in fabric allowed us to make a decision on a piece she found on another showroom floor. The price and quality at “ The Dump” are superior.

We had a great experience here! We bought a bed from Ms.Kathryn. She was incredible and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We felt no pressure to purchase but we were lead straight to a gorgeous bed similar to our inspiration picture we showed her. She was great through the whole process, clear on direction of pick up and very honest. We will be going back for our next furniture purchase and asking for Kathryn!

After having a massive flood in my home my contractor gave me the name of The Dump for my furnishings as I’m having to completely refurnish my entire home
Having gotten online Jay immediately responded to my request for “help” with items that I was looking to purchase.
Even though ALL of our communication was done via text messaging, Jay listened to what I was needing and helped with guiding me with the entire purchase.
I can’t wait for my new Beautiful furniture to be delivered!!
