Dr. Mary Chang is very personable & professional. I’m pleased to have her as my dentist! Also, my recent visit Mandy took care of my appt. I was very pleasantly surprised at how well she took care of my dental work that day. They both thoroughly explained what they will be doing and answered all my questions. I requested to work only with Dr. Chang and Mandy. The ladies at the reception desk are friendly & helpful. I would highly recommend anyone to go to Hawaii Family Dental Center!

Very orderly and sufficient. Parking accessible. The hygienist Neal especially was very professional and caring. He politely escorted me to the room and even back to the front when the work was done. He explained in detail what he was doing with ease. I felt very comfortable being that it was my first visit for teeth cleaning. Very impressed. Looking forward to my next 6month visit.

Did an early morning filling with Dr. Lee and hygienist Adriana (I’m 99% sure that’s her name >_<), it was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. They had great team work and I appreciate how quick the process was and how much care they showed with bedside manner. I am thoroughly impressed and very happy with the service I’ve experienced my past visit.

My dentist always explains everything thing that he is going to do up front so I can understand. The xray text was very good , very fast and was very polite. The front house staff always makes me feel at ease and now we can watch small segments of shows while we wait .

The doctors and staff at Hawaii Family Dental are pretty awesome. I am a person who is usually afraid of dentists and I can say that everyone in this office made my visit a 5 star experience. It starts with a safe place to park, then the ladies who greet you and take care of the paperwork at the desk. My hygienist was Gary who took xrays and cleaned without any pain. My dentist Dr Lee was professional and asked a LOT of questions. He made me feel very comfortable discussing my dental history and concerns.

05/02/2024: Receptionist Kristine scheduled two procedures in one appointment at my request. Hygienist Gary did his inspection, Xrays and cleaning w/o delay and I moved to the surgery area where Dr. Lee and his assistants Adrianna and Lexus were ready for me and performed a painless extraction. Start to finish was approx 70 minutes. The staff are always courteous, friendly & professional. Hawaii Family Dental has my highest recommendation.

Mandy is very caring asking how i was doing every time and if i need to suction and feel discomfort during my deep cleaning. She also says what she is about to do so i know if i will feel a poke or she is to wash my mouth with water so i’m aware.

Overall care is always exceptional with Dr. Westphal at the Ewa Beach office. The rest of the staff is also friendly and supportive with the care of our 3 daughters.

I would like to thank so much my dental surgeon (Dr.Coloma) and all his staff. They are doing an excellent job with my teeth. Now I can smile confidently . 😇😃🌴🌷🌻🌺🌈

All staff are friendly and helpful. Dr is great - listens to your concerns and makes recommendations on treatment. Dental Hygienist is hands down the best I've ever been to.

Family Dental Center at Westridge Aiea has been my dentist since about 1990.
Very professional staff, dentists and hygienists.
Yesterday I received a replacement gold crown for one that was about fifty year’s old. Dr Coloma and his assistant Kelly were a very efficient team that fitted the new crown and I was out of the chair in under 30 minutes. It fits perfect. Here are two photos of the casting for the crown with the temporary crown in place. I highly recommend this dental office.

Virtual check in was time consuming! Not a fan of virtual check in.

Doctor Alfredo Coloma, is very professional. Pays extreme attention to detail. And his staff complements his great work
