I was getting treated for my ACL and Meniscus surgery, and I can truly say that without Noe and her team it would have been impossible to get back on the field that quickly while feeling as good as before my surgery. I can't recommend them enough! You are getting treated on a very professional level from high knowledge employees.

Bart and his team have always been there for me. As I get older and fall apart they are always there to put me back together! Very knowledgeable PTs that really take an interest in your specific problem. They make me work hard toward my goal and make sure I'm doing everything correctly. They have lots of nice new equipment and plenty of space to do all the different exercises. I love this place!

I went here several years ago, as I was getting closer and closer to hip replacement. They did an excellent job helping me get more flexible and strong, which helped immensely with day to day pain before my surgery. Would highly recommend.

I wasn’t totally satisfied with my experience at Fysiotherapie. This place is run more as a business than a medical center — even though you book a time slot, your therapist is juggling 2-3 other patients at the same time as you. The therapists seem knowledgeable enough, but this forced multitasking isn’t doing them any favors. Sometimes, my therapist would lose track of what was being done and I would be shooed out the door before they even worked on me. I even had to remind my therapist what I needed PT for several weeks into my treatment.

In a typical hour-long session, your therapist will work on you for about a quarter of it. The rest of the session is spent doing exercises and stretches. They have assistants that help with setting you up for exercises and connecting you to the ARPWaves. The assistants are friendly, but simply not as qualified as the PTs. It seemed like the pads for the ARP would be placed in a different spot every session, depending on the assistant and their interpretation of what’s needed for the injury and exercise being done. They also provide guidance for how the stretches and exercises should be done, but what they showed me would often be corrected by my therapist when they would find the time to wander over.

Overall, this system feels ineffective and inefficient, as I was not at the point of recovery that I thought I would be at by the time I ran out of insurance-covered sessions. Despite this, my therapist thought that it was “good enough” and said I didn’t need any more treatment. I will likely be returning to establishments where your recovery is the priority and not patient volume.
