The hot meals are good but the other day I came by and apparently 7-11 doesn't accept vertical ID cards when buying alcohol. I've never had this issue before, surely the cashier could see on the card that I was 21 since 2021. The cashier didn't really explain to me why she denied me but after asking a few times that's the reason she gave me. My friend tried to buy with their horizontal lisence and he was denied for the reason that he was buying it for me. Businesses have the right to refuse selling alcohol to anyone but not being told why was confusing and frustrating. I can maybe understand if this is a company policy but it makes things much more complicated for customers. I left without buying anything because of that. I'll still keep coming here but I can't imagine getting a new ID just to buy alcohol from 7-11.

I was shopping with a reusable shopping bag, and an employee came up to me aggressively and accused me of shoplifting. He made me empty my bag and didn't believe that I was going to pay. I argued with him and explained that I was just shopping and had yet to check out and showed him my money. When it became obvious I had no intent to shoplift he didn't even apologize for the misunderstanding. There should either be a clear no bags policy or the employee should wait till the customer has started to head to the door to confront them.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND HATEFUL location! Unprofessional sometimey condescending! I don't visit here often because of terribly bad fake vibes. I hadn't eaten for many hours and walked half a mile up the street to get some bentos for lunch. They had the store closed while pretending to be stocking shelves at 10 o'clock at night! I was beyond livid! Whoever owns and manages this establishment....*YOU MAKE ME SICK* beyond compare!!
