You can buy anything here and branded perfumes, clothes and bathroom essentials. Their store in arrange properly and neatly

I have been shopping here for a very long time. Actually, ever since this location became Macy's.
I principally shop for shoes, belts and clothes here. I also buy pots, pans, kitchen gadgets and kitchen electronics (such as Cuisinart products). The prices for all these things is quite competitive and with sales better than anywhere else, to my knowledge.
During the holidays I always come here to add to my collection of Christmas decorations.
With the closures of Sears and Penny's, Macy's has become the place to go for quality products at reasonable prices at Ala Moana Center.
I also come here to shop for presents for almost every occasion.
In the past I have purchased jewelry, colognes (of which they still have the largest selection in Honolulu), luggage, gift cards, stationary, etc. etc.

I have to say this is my favorite Macy's! The store is laid out well and organized and has great selections too! Nothing feels cramped or too close.

Love what Macy's always has 💃 Clothes, Fragrance, Watch repair, bedding, ornaments, Liliha Bakery, In-store Starbucks.
Then there's the Clearance signs throughout the store‼
Plenty of parking at Ala Moana mall. Especially if you have fun going through a maze 🚘🏁

Went to return a pressure cooker we got for Xmas and we're going to get new frying pans that we need more than the cooker , no issues with the return got a store credit we didn't get a receipt with the gift and that's fine cause they have a great kitchen department and the lady that helped us let us know that there's a sale the next day and to come back then to get new pans and save money , great news , everything in that store is better than most every store around prices r not that bad , it's not Walmart that's for sure .

Pleasantly surprised at the excellent customer service I received, most customer service is this area is good anyway, this service was very good. She was attentive, and answered all questions and helped out on an item that was not in stock and even got me a discount.

A real live example of what I was referring to in another comment earlier happen today I said if you shop around you might just run into a good deal, and sure enough I found a pair of pants I like with a retail price of $85.00 but my cost was $ 19.95

What a great experience today there at Macy’s

Was looking for a TSA luggage strap, after shop around at a very limited time, only found these in Macy. The store is big and clean, staffs are friendly.

Never been in a Macy's. This one being my first one kinda ruins the rest of them for me. It's huge and very clean. We did alot of shopping here during our vacation.

They have special shoes for non-slip, now are in $50.00, and are super comfortable.

It's a calm and helpful people who works in the shoe department. Also bought a suit at a reasonable price.

Macy's is a high end Shop in Ala Moana Centre in Hawaii. My wife bought two tops there. Like your typical male, I had to traipse around with her. It wasn't so bad though. Large shop with plenty of variety

Great products and selections. It has everything from adults to toddlers.

Friendly service. My encounter with every sales representative was positive. I was especially impressed with Missy at the makeup counter. Mahalo.
