Always wanted to get matching Hawaiian clothes from Hilo Hatties, and I was not disappointed!
Found a purple dress for my Mom and a matching blue dress for me, and a matching blue shirt for my sweetheart.
The women who worked there were so sweet and helpful in helping me find the perfect dresses.
I spent over $400 dollars there and thought it was silly that I had to pay extra for a bag to put all of my purchases into... but found that to be the case at most places in Hawaii.
I have worn my dress several times and I LOVE IT!!
Only suggestion is to have wider aisles to accommodate wheelchairs and scooters so I could independently find what I wanted.

Customer Service was awesome. And the clothes are beautiful. And a lot of cool Hawaiian Themed items are there. I enjoyed spending time and money in there.

Great gifts to send to friends and family. Nice clothing and accessories for yourself and to coordinate with family.
Bought coffee, snacks, jewelry, souvenirs, and a wrap skirt to mail home. USPS is a block or two down the mall so it was easy to wrap the fragile items in the skirt and ship.

Staff was nice. Found everything I needed for all the people on my list.

This place has tons of cute, cool things to get. We got some awesome shirts and masks here, but make sure when you get clothing to ask about the fit because the shirts do run in smaller sizes that what you'd usually be. I do love their items here.

We love Hilo Hatties. We get all our Hawaiian attire and many island souvenirs from these stores.

Picked up a nice Hawaiian shirt! They also have a free shuttle between the cruise ship terminal and Hilo Hattie store in Ala Moana Center.

The free shuttle from the ship to the store is what enticed us to check out this place. Upon exiting the shuttle, we were greeted by a store employee who lei'd us before escorting us the short walk to the store. The selection of items was amazing. They also had "free with purchase" at three different price points at checkout. When done, we were able to look around at some of the other stores in this huge shopping center, then go back to Hilo Hattie's where we were given a number to board the shuttle back to the ship. The shuttle runs about every 20 minutes.

Nice store but very hard to find if you aren't a local!

Employees the day we went in were really helpful. Classic garments if you're really looking 4 aloha shirts or mumus this is the place to come don't mess around with the cheaper stores they are not the same I assure you.

It is definitely a tourist stop and some of the prices seem high, but all the clothes are actually made in Hawaii, the staff are all friendly and helpful, and there was even a booth for Hawaiian crafts and free hula lessons. Some people call the clothes tacky, but when I visit the islands for a family gathering all my local relatives wear those shirts for formal events. I also don't mind paying paying more for something that's made in the USA, rather than getting something that's made cheaply overseas. All the negative reviews complain about price, but make no mention of service. I found quite a few good deals and had a great shopping experience... They also have really clean bathrooms which is always a plus. I don't get to do tourist stuff very often when I visit, but it's still fun when I get the chance. I definitely recommend this shop for people doing the tourist thing, even if you don't buy anything more than a candy bar.
