Aloha; welcome to one of the local bakery that gives you options from bread to onions roles which are my favorite. They also make desert items like pineapple turnover and more. The staff is so great , plenty of seating and so many options that you can't just buy one.

The baked goods are phenomenal! And really that's all the main reason to go to a bakery. But the service here is also very friendly and accommodating! Downsides: store is very compact and often runs out of items by mid-day, but this should not deter you from this gem! Must visit in Ala Moana center!

Breads, sweet or savory Japanese rolls; a cute cat shaped roll has a very fluffy strawberry cream, Several sausage rolls. I got the spicy one & it was great. The melon is not filled but has the melon puree mixed into the dough, as does the cheese mochi pan does with the cheese. The melon roll has sugar sprinkled on top. There are also Italian rolls & a pizza bread. Everything was very fresh. Soda for sake, also.

It's on the 1st floor of Ala Moana. Do yourself a favor & check it out.

Great find! Been from Germany I often miss our pastries, but this place is fantastic! Wish there would be one in Kapolei. My son loved the chocolate filled bears.

Absolutely delicious bread. Wow. Takes me back to living in Japan. Loved the anpan and the hot dog wrapped in bread. I don't think you could order a bad item. Can't wait to go back !

Love Brug. They have a good assortment of different baked bread items. Right now they have strawberries from Japan! My personal favorites are the Kalbi Dog, Custard pie, and Neko pan. - Minister Baris

Where to start with the gem. Price great, service quick and efficient with their line. I actually love this place!! The wife introduced me to it when we Cuwere say Adidas and I wanted am inexpensive little snack and that's exactly what I got! I actually for NOW than that because I was willing to settle for a mediocre snack but instead got the most delicious little snack AND for $2.95?!!

They offset sweet snacks and savory, umm "not sweet" snacks?" Not sure what to call the not set ones aside from delicious! As an example, they offer a pizza little one with some pepperoni on it. I had that one last time and it was really tasty. Even ate it cold and was still delicious. That visit the wife had a sweet one that was like a cinnabun but about 1,000x better tasting than a dang Cinnabun! My second visit I decided to try to spicy dog one. Again a win! Tasty, filling, quick and inexpensive! All traits I look for in a snack while I'm out and about.

The service is friendly, fast and efficient. Zero complaints about this place! Definitely recommend stopping next time you see one and trying anything they offer. I'm sure you will not be let down!

Two locations in Ala Moana center. Great selection with many savory options not often seen outside of Asia. It brings back my childhood memories. They use quality ingredients with some imported from Japan.

We never celebrate a birthday in our family without a cake from this bakery! They make the best on island, hands down! ❤

Brug is an amazing bakery. Outstanding variety, great taste, reasonable price. Everything super fresh with the staff constantly bringing out new trays of baked goods. Plus, they’re constantly making new items and bring around seasonal specialty items. My only wish is that they bring back the potato bomb!

Amazing bakery. I've tried the sausage rolls, the white bread and the raisin bread which works great with coffee. If you're on the lower level at the mall try this bakery, you wont be disappointed.

Easy peasy lemon squeeze, not massively crowded, doesn't feel congested, good for quick in and out the door. The competition feel claustrophobic at times, not so here.

I go here pretty often for a cheap quick savory flatbread. The pastrami and cheese is my favorite. Fair warning though, mostly everything I end up getting is already cold. I don't mind so they keep the 5 stars, but I know it bothers some people. I noticed sometimes they label when food is taken out of the oven and sometimes they don't. I wish they were consistently labeling that.

Nothing like this on Vancouver island in Canada. It is great being able to pick fresh pastries and treats at very reasonable prices. They also provide great service. I kept coming back because of the young guy that kept saying "they're back! They're back again". I will definitely stop by when I revisit the area!

I love the self serve tray, wax paper sheet, and individual tongs to select your own items. Very good and unique pastries. Great breakfast or snack pastry croissants too. So glad we stopped after hours of shopping.
