Petersburg Magistrate

The Holy Word of God says to obey magistrates, and to put people in mind to do that, so by faith in the scriptures please do.

I stopped in to see the Magistrate. But, he was busy behind a closed door, and there was no receptionist to help me. So, I got a blank criminal complaint and left.

I don't know what to do but we are living in the best inn on wythe street because we lost our place. They told us they have long term stays at first witnessed by 3 people. After the 2nd week, I tried to pay for the 3rd week and was given a hard time but we paid. Now they want us to leave and sent a debit card back to sender which has my emergency funds on its account. Title 18 section 1702 says that is a crime. I called the majestrate but no help yet. The woman who sent my card back thru the mail deliberately admitted it in front of a police officer today. We are stranded because of this. There has been numerous violent crimes in this area recently and they are trying to put us in danger with tons of belongings and no car. The police and majestrate should not let them get away with any of this. We paid alot of mo ey here and now they are pretending they have a 2 week stay policy per fire department! I am going to file a hearing against them in court if we are physically forced outside into imminent danger. I've shown them the 5 days notice law 55.1-2200, and the mail statute 18-1702. They don't care and think they will get away with this. I'm a straight A law student in Bryant Stratton.

the magistrate and the petersburg police are unprofessional and uncaring. me and my fiance reported the fillmore place assisted living facility for elderly neglect, abuse.mistreatment, assault on residents along with a number of state violation. we have pictures and videos witnesses channel 8, progress index and vpm news are on my side. we went 2 days back to back to get emergency protective orders placed on witnesses involved in this case because we are being threated by numerous people, they riding past our resident after stating over facebook they are going to pull up to fight, calling our phones with threats etc. the magistrate (2 different) ones refused to even look at our paperwork and told us to get out there office then called the police on us to have us removed WE'RE AT A LOST FOR WORDS BECAUSE ISNT THE POLICE AND MAGISTRATE SUPPOST TO (PROTECT & SERVE) something needs to be done because this the first city ive ever lived in where the magistrate refuses to help if we are in fear of our lives. like he gave us no excuse just told us no and asked us "is this is what we really wanna do" when i calmly asked him why we cant get a protective order all he said was GET OUT THEN CALLED OFFICERS FOR US AT THE SAME TIME I CALLED THE POLICE TO COME TO THE MAGISTRATE TO ASSIST US.

These people along with the Petersburg police and courts are a serious joke. If you file a complaint they just say that they know that person and they aren't like that. Then they all just tell you to go away. They do not investigate complaints and they cover their mistakes by blaming others. I filed a complaint against the magistrate the police and courts. All they do is blame each other and nobody is held responsible. Yet if it was one of us they would throw us under the bus quickly. Somebody do something about these people.
