He was great when he was able to get my mother in law out of the house so we could liquidate it. But when it came to paying us are money, he said he would have to hold onto it until my mother in law kicked the bucket, which he gave us a contact for to help expedite that. But in the end we only got about 20% of the combined value of the house, 3 rental properties, and 12 coffee franchise stores. Maybe if we had more to liquidate, it would've been a better return. Better luck next time!

Stay away!! This business literally steals money from the elderly. They will get an elderly person to sign a document for durable power of attorney and then illegally take possession of their property. When they resist, they will get a psychiatrist to declare them incapacitated so that they get possession of other properties which they then sell and keep the proceeds of the sale. Also, this business was recently featured in a documentary for their theft of an elderly man's estate in the millions of dollars for this illegal business practice entitled dirty money

Completely appalled by how this man conducts his business practice. Completely unethical. To be so bad that you are featured on Dirty Money for stealing from seniors and the vulnerable you are doing a injustice to society. You ignored a man, your “Client” the whole time and billing him for stealing from him. Unreal. Your are abusing the system for self gain and that is fraud. Hope you go to jail.

What an individual. There is an adage....desperate people will do desperate things. I just saw Dirty Money on Netflix. And to think that I almost asked my Aunt to call him for assistance. Thank you Netflix for keeping ME out of the legal system!!

Who knew until Dirty Money that there was a team of people from the bank to the Dr. to the attorney who would cheat an elderly person out of their money.
More than just the attorney here. I wish they would also mention the person at the bank and the Dr. too.
