After having had no luck finding a shop in R.I. to repair a battery powered clock, I found Pen and Pendulum on the internet. A phone call was answered courteously and I was told that they would gladly take a look at my clock. I drove from Middletown RI to Mattapoisett. The staff
Was very professional and assured me that they could effect a repair in one week's time. True to their word, they called three days later to say that the clock was repaired and for the estimated price. I couldn't be happier with my dealings with this firm!

The place to go if you are in need of repairs to your Grandfather clock, Grandmother clock, Mantle, School....ect. I absolutely reccomend this shop.

Very nice people and shop.Left a Chelsea Banjo clock for estimate at $975.00.I declined and brought it to a shop who specialized in Chelsea clocks.I had it repaired for $175.00 in two weeks,not 7-9 months.

VERY, VERY EXPENSIVE. WANTED MORE TO REPAIR A WALL CLOCK THAN I PAIID FOR IT!

The woman at the desk couldn't be less interested in customer service.
