So lucky to have this great gym, trainers and classes in our small town. This is a first class facility with great equipment. Its clean, friendly, quiet and well-managed. A special shout out to Caroline, Emmie and Dyanne. Caroline is a terrific trainer: knowledgeable, patient and fun to talk to. She's also reliable and flexible; easy to schedule. She's taken me a long way towards better fitness. Emmie is sweet , friendly and funny and works hard to keep the gym welcoming and running smoothly. Dyanne is a wonderful addition to the team; her yoga classes are calming and energizing at the same time! Can't recommend Stonewall enough.

Ran by the sweetest people— all the staff are so nice! We use it for their gym equipment, and they have a decent selection for such a small town— plus it’s the only one nearby for miles. Love the atmosphere, definitely recommend :)

Fantastic place to workout and stay! We stayed in the Abbey apartment for 2 months, and it was a wonderful experience. The workout facilities are top-notch and clean. The sauna is awesome. The classes are well-run. We can't wait to come back.

Wonderful experience ! The studio is beautiful and clean, with a welcoming feeling as soon as you enter. Susan is warm, funny, and genuine with a great teaching style. She takes time to make sure all students are doing things correctly and safely while continuing to give positive feedback. Class nourishes body and mind. I would highly recommend her and her beautiful studio to anyone looking for a true yoga experience!!!

All of the classes and personal training i have taken here over many years have been fabulous! Gordon and Susan go out of their way to share their knowledge and skills with everyone. Working with them through the pandemic kept me fit and healthy!

Stonewall Abbey Wellness is a full service gym as well as, in a separate building converted from an old church, a yoga studio (the "sanctuary"). There are many types of classes, several kinds of yoga, fitness, martial arts, as well as personal training. I just adore this place and the trainers!!!

Great Yoga experience! This studio has great energy and Susan is a fantastic owner/instructor. I highly recommend it for any level yoga student.

A calm in relaxing space situated in the most precious former church (Abbey). The owner and yogis continue to keep her students and guests mindful, relaxed and offers varying skill levels.

We’ve just joined, but everyone is very nice, and it’s a great facility. I’m looking forward to trying some classes. It doesn’t hurt that there’s a coffee shop very close by.
