I visited this store after facing problems activating my new phone/transferring data from my old phone. With no service fee, Bill Brooks (sales representative) worked with me for several hours. He remained extremely friendly and patient the entire time. He was also very knowledgeable about different topics and solved all of my phone issues. For any Verizon users/soon-to-be consumers in the Norfolk/Virginia Beach area, this is the place to go!

Raymond was absolutely incredible. I was referred to him by a friend and said how above the top he went for her so I decided to come see him after not upgrading my phone for over 8 years. He helped me get into a new Motorola phone and helped me understand the basics of how to call, message, use the camera, and operate the phone. I had a GREAT visit yesterday at the Verizon Store. I bought the new IPHONE and a bunch of accessories with it. Alyssa is beyond fantastic and helped me through a difficult experience. Alyssa and the staff there are the best and I highly recommend that Verizon branch!!! Thanks again!!!!

I recently switched to Verizon last week and was having trouble getting my number over from AT&T. No matter what we tried nothing worked, two of the staff members couldn't help me after being at the store for a few hours so I thought I'd try again the following day. I am so glad I did, I got to work with Ms. Sly Hawkins (I'm sorry Sly I don't want to misspell your first name). All I can say is, she knows her stuff! As soon as I came to her with the issue she immediately knew the problem and started fixing it. Then we ran into another hiccup with my iMessage not working. She stayed an extra 2 hours after she was supposed to get off work in order to help me because nothing was working. At one point she looked at me after I was visibly frustrated and said "We are getting this fixed for you today! I don't care if I have to stay until closing" At that point I knew I had the right person to work with and it completely changed my mood. And she really stayed until closing to get my phone working.

I don't know if any of the bosses or managers look at these reviews but this young lady really deserves a raise, promotion or something for the way I was treated. She made me feel like I was important and that is hard to come by this day in age. This is the type of customer service you try to teach to all employees and she truly should be commended for this. This could've been a very negative experience but she turned to a positive with her customer service. She stayed the extra time and spent a total of 4 hours with me that day to get it figured out. Sly you are the best. Keep doing what you are doing because you are a gem of a human being! Give that Woman a raise!

Raymond was a huge help in setting up a business account for my fiancé and I…from transferring accounts, informing us correctly on discounts and doing all the dirty work with staying on hold and speaking with outside representatives to make sure our numbers could transfer from other carriers. I usually dread getting things done like this but Raymond made it a breeze. Highly recommend this location.

I had a very pleasant shopping experience at this location. Coleman assisted me with purchasing an iPhone 14 Pro and I never thought purchasing a new phone would be so easy. He asked me the right questions to help me choose the best iPhone. I was very impressed by how knowledgeable he was about the phones and the differences between the models. He is definitely an expert when it comes to understanding the technology. He was very patient to assist me with selecting the right case and even taking the time to make sure the phone lens were clean and the case was properly installed. He also assisted me with the data transfer process. If you are searching for a Verizon store to purchase a phone, I highly recommend this location and to ask for Coleman.

I must say I had the most absolute pleasure of working with Calvin Knight aka CK at this store. He helped me get put of a terrible plan with T-Mobile For Business and switched me over to Verizon for Business. My service is much better, got a great jetpack for wifi Hotspot, and dual sim for my business. He went above and beyond to make sure my account was in order and I wouldn't work with anyone else but him. I recommend this store location and CK if you have any business needs.

This store has always been very helpful both with getting new phones and troubleshooting old ones. I never felt a sales pressure and they are very knowledgeable. They have earned my trust. Most recently Raymond Marcotte helped me a lot. Thank you.

I have had a very exciting experience at my Verizon store today. Ray assisted me in getting both a new iPad and Samsung! He was able to get me both for a more reasonable monthly payment. He is/was professional and helpful. Thanks so much Ray.

Visited my local Verizon store to perform upgrades for the phones on my plan. Coleman Byrd assisted us with our transaction and was beyond helpful and informative. He answered all of the questions we had regarding products and services, suggested ways to maximize the experience with our new phones and made the experience top notch.

I’ve bought a lot of cell phones over the years but none of my transactions have been as smooth or customer focused as my last. Andrew was BY FAR the best associate I’ve ever worked with. He explained everything about the process clearly, worked with me to get the best deals possibly and stay within my budget. There was no high pressure tactics, just a desire to make sure my needs were fully met. He set up my equipment and even stayed an hour past closing to make sure everything was working properly. I’m not going to lie, I usually hate going into phone stores because of past experiences, it’s right up there with car dealers. But I can not speak highly enough of how incredibly my experience was with this location was and Andrew’s effort put into my experience. If you need any help with a phone go to this store, skip calling Verizon, and ask for Andrew. It will be the best customer service experience you’ve ever had.

Olga was amazing. There was an issue with my account and she worked diligently to resolve it. She did not give up until the issue was resolved and that she could insure I was satisfied. I’ve never met a rep for Verizon like her. She went above and beyond. She informed me of policies and helped me make the best decision for my situation. She understood how important my phone was for me because it wasn’t for leisure but for my business. I really appreciate her hard work and dedication. She multi tasked between helping me and assisting new reps without missing a beat or losing her momentum. Hard workers do not get acknowledged enough so I just want to say Olga Glukhova, thank you for going above and beyond. You have no idea how much your commitment and dedication inspired me.

Ray at the Independence store is amazing!!!!! We always have him help us with all our needs. He always goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. Thank you Verizon for having employees like Ray!!!!!!!

We had an awesome experience. I absolutely needed a phone no way around it and David was very attentive made sure he explained everything they had going on with new sign ons, broke down how the bills would be answered every question or concern we had. I had forgot my old phone at home but needed it for email to come thru to set my phone up. They had ten minutes until close but he insisted to grab my phone he would open the door for us when we got back (which we told him we would be quick as possible) we got back he started the process but the computers or my email was acting up long story short it took about thirty minutes extra for the phone but he made sure it was completely set up before I left. He was awesome took time out his evening even tho he should had been home relaxing to make sure I was all set up and extremely happy! So thank you very much David for everything. A lot of places would have just sent me on my way and told me to come back tomorrow but not you. I give you a 10 STAR

My Verizon rep is always personable and informative. He keeps me up to date on the latest technology and deals. I highly recommend him to anyone!

I came in Thursday and got fed fantastic help and service from Jon for my new phone that he recommended. Then when I ran Into a technical issue, he saved so much time and took care of it. Then today (2 days later) I needed help with my Galaxy screen protector, as they are highly difficult to put on. Ray (store manager) did it for me to perfection. This team at this location is top notch!!!

Logan Newman is the absolute best sales rep I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was extremely friendly very knowledgeable of all of the products, prices that would best meet my families needs.
