The Wash House

I’ve been coming here for several months now. I have a washer and dryer but choose to do my laundry here basically due to the washer sizes. They have size ranges from small to Jumbo so it’s easy to wash blankets, comforters etc. The attendant is usually here and the place is always clean. Washers are wiped down floors are clean and folding tables are clean.
They used to do Wacky Weds where washers were 1/2 off but they recently stopped that and now it’s 25% off. Like anything else, all good things must end.
They also have 2 TV’s which I wish they would put on 2 local channels like ABC, CBS or NBC instead of the garbage that’s on now.
Always clean and Wanda the attendant is always friendly and personable.

This place shocked me.

First off, the business was extremely clean and I mean clean. I’m talking about the bathroom, lobby and machines (thanks to the lady working there)

Second, the prices weren’t that bad, $10.95 for the largest machine, $7.95 for the medium and $5.95 for the smallest. The dryers were $0.30 for 6 minutes.

Lastly, the ease of use and security. It was very easy to just go to the machine towards the back of the shop and get a new card (if you don’t have one yet) and load it up with money (they take cash or debit/credit card) and just wash away. The shop is also covered with security cameras for your “safety”.

Very clean.

The washing machine's are straight its 3.50 for the medium washers,and they also have small medium and Lg for bulky items and blankets. You also can dry for 35© and it dries your clothes thoroughly. And its open for 24 hours.And they also have 1/2 off on Wednesdays. But go early cuz everyone in VA be there lol.

I enjoyed waking at this facility. It was easy to get a card as a first-time visitor and load money on it from my debit card. They had small to extra large sized drums on both the washer and the dryers. Very fast service, and your items will be cleaned. My only complaint is that the dryers have low heat even on high for a big load. I had to dry my extra large load already 7 times at $0.35 per 5 min increment. Needless to say, I had to load more money on my card, which bumped my visit from a total of $15 to $20 as they don't allow amount less than $5 to be added to your wash card. On the bright side, I have a few extra bucks to put towards my next laundry day.

I had to utilize this facility due to my dryer dying at home. It was pretty clean, the attendant was cleaning, mopping, wiping down behind customers. Prices were reasonable. It was easy to go in the back of the laundromat and get a card, then add money on it with either cash or debit/credit card. Will definitely return if I need to.

Clean washers, warm dryers with several sizes of both. Very convenient, open 24/7. The only improvement that could be made is to install a drink/snack machine. Otherwise this place is legit.

I called for assistance, and even though the young man I spoke to was no longer associated with the Wash House (evidently he had been let go), he kindly talked me through step by step how to fix my wash cycle. He even told me of a more convenient location closer to my home. He also gave me the service number of the person who replaced him so I could get a refund. Amazing customer service, even though it came from an ex-employee. I can only imagine how great the person they replaced him with is!

Best laundry mat in town. I never go to laundry mate with cards but this place changed my mind. They have an attendant there who is helpful and very friendly. I'd say he was what made this place so great. I got a piece of a long sleeve shirt stuck in the washer door and didn't realize until a small stream of water was coming out at the gasket and making a river on the laundry mat floor. This man rushed over and stopped the machine, drained the water,mopped up the mess and reset the machine with no extra charge. He was fabulous and didn't make me feel bad for my mistake. Other then that they have super large machines. The place was clean and tidy. Dryers took longer than most. Please fix that, it really adds up and I want this to be my laundry mat. Thanks

I'm satisfied. Very clean and bright. I love washing on Wednesday because the washers are half price. Convenient because it's in the neighborhood and I even did a bit of grocery shopping while waiting. My new favorite laundry facility. 👍👍👍

Great wash and dry, open 24hrs, machines work well, Wednesdays are discount days. Only one complaint: it is almost always messy in there and I'm not sure if there are any attendants because everyone looks like they're doing laundry.

Rarely busy in the evenings I like to go late. Fairly priced. Only thing I've ever had a problem with is some of the customers can make a holy mess.

I had an issue and the manager returned my call the next day. He refunded my funds to my card and was very polite and respectful. Even though my message was rather rude. Great customer service.

Relatively clean environment and most if not all the machines were in operation

This was a very pleasant experience the woman that worked there was amazing and helpful and we couldn’t have figured anything out nowhere near as quick without her!!! Her name was Marina and I recommend anyone to go there above anywhere else!! Very good experience for the whole family especially when we needed it!

I'll never go anywhere else for laundry. Very clean. I just happened to be there when this delightful lady came in to wipe everything down sanitize everything and make sure I had no complaints.

Cool place to wash and dry your clothes. And it's 24 hours. Theirs no reason you shouldn't have them clothes clean. Come to wash house and make your self at home.

Clean place. The big washer is a little pricey but it's a decent place. Pretty straightforward. Also the door is automatic which is a nice touch

Just washed my clothes here! Absolutely fantastic experience. Place was clean and did a load between washing and drying in an hour.

It's 24hrs..... What else could you ask for! Also..... Wednesday is ½ price day.... Can't beat that kind of deal!
