Comfort Inn & Suites Virginia Beach - Norfolk Airport

A very pleasant stay, staff very friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable.

My fiance and I came twice to visit our younger daughter and the young lady who checked us in each time is extremely friendly and like a family member now she's so knowledgeable love it and her social spirit in other word Love her customer service 💗 of course we shall be back !!!

The beds and blankets are so comfortable. Free breakfast is both hot and cold items. Pool is a bit small but hours are extensive. Staff are super friendly. Price is right too. Can't wait to stay again!

I stayed at the Comfort about 2 months ago for work and it was absolutely horrible. The service I received overall was not great at all. I recently revisited due to work last week 11/23 and my company booked me at the Comfort again. I automatically assumed the worst as before but I was proven 1,000% wrong!

The workers, The front desk Supervisor was very pleasant and most importantly the young lady that just took over the place General Manager Latefah she was very welcoming and reassured me that this stay would be much better she has made a tremendous difference and it shows because of her and her crew l will most definitely return even the room I stayed in was fresh and CLEAN! Major turnaround!

I enjoyed my stay here, the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was delicious everything was self served, from cereal sections, muffins, bagels, and make your own pancake. Fresh coffee and decafe. Alongside was a nice pool and spa area, fitness area, and a business section. This hotel was truly nice the beds were comfortable and relaxing. I will be booking here again nothing was bad or wrong. Everyone from the staff and including the people who stayed they were very friendly. Thank you so much for making my stay feel like home.

Good hotel!! Clean rooms and facilities with a friendly staff. The breakfast is nice I especially like the potatoes. One of my favorite parts of the hotel is the shuttle service with the professional and courteous drivers. Happy to be staying here and looking forward to my future visits when in the area.

AMAZING staff, fabulous room, clean, well kept, fully stocked. They had EVERYTHING I needed. Great pool. Incredible endless breakfast with scrambles eggs, REAL bacon, and biscuits and gravy. There were about 40 options available. I love this chain. Frank and Shawn at the reception desk were the most AMAZING staff. They clearly love their jobs and helping people. THEY are the reason my stay has been fabulous

caring staff clean room and swimming pools who can ask for anything more oh yes peace of mind that helpsany issue with this hotel is sometimes the key doesn't work. we spent almost an hour outside trying to get into our room but service was awesome and was friendly and the continental breakfast was good

Paid for the park and fly. The front office stated that there was no notice/paperwork to place in car that we were leaving it parked at hotel, meanwhile signs posted in parking lot state that vehicles left will be towed at owners expense ($145/day).
We eventually paid to park car elsewhere.
Hotel was clean, breakfast bar was not stocked very often and front lobby had no convenience store items had to go down the street to store.

Nice hotel. We have a suite with a sofa bed. A door divides the sofa bed and bathroom, fridge microwave from the other two beds. So this is ideal when traveling with teens. Our room was clean. The breakfast was very good. Staff nice and helpful although we had to wait until 3:30 to check in. Elevator is very slow and sounds scary. Indoor pool. About 25 minutes from the shore.

SO CLEAN!!! We came here at the last minute because we basically ran screaming from the hotel we were originally staying at. We showed up around 9:30am and the front desk staff was incredible. They got us into a room right away and even supplied us with breakfast! The room smelled so good and the bed was super comfortable. Indoor pool was open. They served free coffee and lemon iced water all day. I'm definitely a CIAS hotel fan now!!

Only tricky thing was their AC. I'm guessing they're smart units. The AC will not run constantly unless your room door is locked. So the room will be a little warm when you first walk in. It's also on a motion sensor so it'll kick on when it senses movement in the room if the door isn't locked.

The only downfall, but it's not because of the hotel, but we could smell weed all throughout our floor (5th floor).

The rooms were impeccably clean, including the huge bathroom and pool, which our grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. The employees were so very polite and accommodating. The breakfast station was clean and the food was fresh. I'm extremely glad we chose this Comfort Inn. I'm giving a 5 star because of the cleanliness, the employee's charm, and helpfulness. We would definitely stay there again when we are traveling through Virginia.

My sister and I stayed at this hotel this past April. We were obviously disappointed the one that was oceanfront hotel wasn’t available but the staff at this one made up for it. They have the absolute sweetest and most helpful employees there. The hotel was also nice and clean.

Staff at this hotel were the best I've interacted with in several decades of travel. Cheerful, responsive, and professional.

I just moved to Virginia Beach and I had to stay here for a week and it was one of the most warming experiences I've had yet. The manager Kelly is so sweet and the front desk worker Cassidy is an angel. I'm so impressed with how clean this stay was. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone.

solid location and staff were super friendly

Very comfortable and cozy hotel rooms, reasonable prices, and great accommodations. They were near a bunch of convenient food locations and they easily made our reservations in minutes. Had to check in 3 different times just this week bc of travel issues and they were quick to get us nice rooms every time.

The room was great for the price! I expected a much smaller room but it was spacious and really clean with all the amenities, plus there was a pool and fitness area. Only 15 minutes to the wonderful beaches of Virginia Beach and right near Norfolk. We will be coming back again!

Stayed here on night 4, 5, 6 of an 8 night trip. Hotel was clean, quiet, and was an exceptional value. Great breakfast. Front desk workers were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back when in the area.

Clean rooms clean hotel, cozy loby staffs are very helpful and friendly (check in was fast, one of the staffs help me with the elevator when my hands was full, breakfast lady guided me with all the foods). Good breakfast food selection. Wish we stayed longer than just a night. Would definitely stay again
