this was definitely the best car buying experience I have ever had. It was clear that the staff at Tri Town is committed to customer service as they made the entire process seamless. We looked at a Jeep on Saturday and drove it home Wednesday and that was over the Labor Day weekend! The car was beautifully cleaned and Dwight went above and beyond to address a tire pressure sensor issue/warning light that we were planning on handling ourselves. We were able to do the entire application/approval over the phone and he had all the paperwork ready for us in a very organized and clear way. We will definitively be back!

I’ve been searching for a Subaru Outback for about 2 months now after my Toyota Highlander was totaled in an accident with a deer. Not only did Dwight at Tri Town Motors sell me the car of my dreams, he spent weeks hunting it down all so that I didn’t have to, registered it, and delivered it to my house.

During my search, I’d park my car in various lots and get out to look at the inventory. I must have done that at least 12 times at different dealerships. I’m not joking when I say that Dwight was the only one to come out of the office to chat with me and see what I was looking for.

Although the inventory at Tri Town Motors isn’t the biggest, that didn’t stop them from finding my dream car- right down to the color, specific engine, and model year. Throughout the entire buying process, everyone at the dealership was exceptionally helpful, patient, and transparent.

Don’t ever write reviews, this is my first one ever actually(that says a lot). Tri Town Motors went above and beyond in helping me get the perfect car for me. It was my first time financing and I didn’t know much but tri town took care of everything. Before getting my car, Dwight had 4 brand new tires put on it for me and even helped me with getting rid of my old car. I’m very familiar with the car industry and I know Tri Town is the shop that goes above and beyond! Best dealership, best inventory, best customer service. The best part is if you don’t see anything you like on the lot, tell him exactly what you’re looking for with a price and he’s sure to find it for you! If I could rate more stars I would. Ladies if you want a reliable mechanic and excellent service go to TRI TOWN MOTORS. I needed a lot of work done on my car and don't know the first thing about working on a vehicle. It was fast, it was again a lot of work and I wasn't slammed with a huge bill. Oh and my car now runs perfectly now.

Had a great experience with this dealership. Joe, helped us as we looked at several cars on the lot. Very knowledgeable and patient. Dwight helped the purchase process happen so expediently we were on the road within days! Even a getting a plate can take forever esp with Covid and the damn RMV. But he did it all! Very happy and absolutely WILL look to them again in the future when it's time to get another pair of wheels or upgrade.
