Laundry Place-Indian River

My husband and I had to do laundry on a Friday night when our dryer wasn’t working.
This is the 1st time we have walked into a laundromat and didn’t feel like we were going to be dirtier walking out. We appreciated the cleanliness, the efficiency of the washers and dryers and the friendly staff. This is the only place I would do laundry besides home 😁

Traveling through the area and extending our trip I needed to find a facility that offered wash and fold services.
Rita answered my questions on the phone and greeted warmly me on both the drop off and pick up. They did a great job and it was ready before I expected it to be. A text alert regarding it allowed me to get going earlier than planned.

My family use Laundry Place on Little River Road. Mr. Brandon is the best pick and delivery man I have ever met. Michelle is one great asset to Laundry place. She helpful and professional. She is one great person to have working at the Laundromat. Thanks Laundry Place for a great job with our clothes. You fold them up like a Champ and Hang up them like a Pro. If you need to do laundry, go here. It's a clean and open space. Also nice & cool in the summer heat. They have great washers & dryers. The machines take coin & credit. They have vending machines, restrooms, free wifi & ample seating. Jackie who was overseeing shop today was so friendly & helpful!

What a great place with excellent staff.

Simply put it is most beautiful laundry mat I have ever been in. There is a really nice attendant there too.

I rarely go to the laundry mat, but since the machine at my hotel were out of order; I was forced to look for a respectable establishment. After combing through several places online, I stumbled on to Laundry Place. If you want a place where you won't get ripped off with unreliable equipment and attendants that are not very nice but at the very least can be of some help. Then Laundry Place is a really respectable place to go and do your laundry. It's clean and from my own experience doesn't have wild crazy people roaming around. The machines accept touch and swipe credit cards and of course quarters. They also, have a change machine that actually work and in good working order. The dryers accept quarters for every 6 minutes so you can judge how long will take to dry your items and it's not turned down low to make more money. The temperature is hot on the highest setting, so no worries about getting ripped off. One more thing, the washers are front loaded and available are very large machines and small washers. The prices are $6.25 and $3.25 respectively, I hope this made it easier to find a pretty good place to clean your garments. Thx. TJ

Repeat customer here. This place is so AMAZING & so is EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE working here I’ve ever dealt with!! I use the wash & fold/hang service @ the Indian River RD location. They do an AMAZING job every time. I don’t know how they fold clothes so perfect but they do! They’ll also put all your clothes on hangers if that’s what you want! They have great prices, they treat your laundry like gold- I could go on and on. They have excellent customer service to say the least. Even on the late nights when I come in to drop off/pick up pick, (I work long/late hours) I’m always greeted by a smiling face that’s enthusiastically eager to assist. I love that they’re open so late and genuinely appreciate this business and the employees. Their prices are lower than the competition and they provide much more value along with better customer service. This is the Only laundromat I trust with my stuff, hands down. After discovering this gem of a laundromat, I no longer need to take anything to the dry cleaners.

Two size washers and two size dryers. Perfect for washing all my cloths and my bedding. Very clean and helpful attendant. I think it was affordable. $7 for the largest washer. 25¢ for every 6min on the small dryers and 25¢ every 4min on the large dryers. I used my card and couldn't figure out if you were able to choose the amount of dryer cycles so I just kept checking after every cycle.

I currently moved to Norfolk, VA, with my fiancé, and we were looking for a place to do our laundry. We stumbled upon this gem. It is clean, spacious, and quite. I also liked that the machines are modern because they accept debit/ credit card payments. Furthermore, Michelle, one of the employees, was courteous, friendly, and helpful. Overall, it was a good experience.

This company is amazing! They washed and dried all six of my Rugables and they look like brand new. Wish I had taken before pictures. Beyond happy!

Best laundry mat I've ever been to. High ceiling. Gives you and old school vibe. Great machines and Hot drawers. The machines take credit cards which is convenient. One of the few places that still take quarters. Ample seating, carts, and places to fold your clothes. They also have a laundry service which is excellent. Its a very clean place. The bathrooms are frequently cleaned and stocked. They offer several TV'S for your viewing pleasure. The staff is helpful and courteous. I travel from Norfolk to Chesapeake just to use this facility.

Excellent experience with them - best money I've ever spent and great customer service!!! I always thought laundering/wash & fold services would be out of my price range, but I was pleasantly surprised. Scheduling the pick up and delivery was very easy and thanks to their alerts and notifications I knew exactly when they would be arriving. I had about 40 pounds of laundry done - I was able to specify the detergent, fabric softener, wash temperature, bleach/no-bleach and what I wanted folded or put on a hanger. My clothes were delivered on-time, they smelled fabulous and the everything was perfectly folded (hung up) - all in 24 hours. My laundry load included everything from t-shirts to professional work clothes. My work clothes were hung so nicely on the hangers that I didn't even need to iron them like I typically do. This service saved me countless hours and was very affordable. I'll be a regular customer moving forward - I wish I had discovered them sooner!

The store front is actually called "Coin Wash Laundry" but all the machines are dual regulated (quarters or credit/debit card). It's great for folks like me that never lug around bills or coins anymore. It's incredibly clean for a laundromat, spacious so no one is on top of each other, and the staff is really friendly and accommodating. I'm a transient for work in the area, and this definitely will be my go-to whenever I'm back!

Extra capacity dryer dried clothes in 30 mins for $1. Metal laundry bins with a clothes hanger bar, rubber bumpers and wheels were all in excellent shape. Cute display board of prices. Newer TV. Takes cards and cash. Definitely a higher end laundromat.

Clean establishment, friendly staff, lots of different size washers and dryers! They take credit/debit cards as well as using quarters! They do have options for soap and dryer sheets you can purchase.
