Zontini provided the flowers for our daughter’s wedding this weekend. They were so beautiful they made me cry. They were exactly as my daughter envisioned and made the venue more spectacular. He and his team were warm and friendly. They checked on details and he even stopped to remind ME to breathe and enjoy the moments. Our flower plan changed with only a month til the big day and he assured us he could handle it. He said, “ you know, it is Mother’s Day weekend. We are really busy but we have got you”. He had us…. Zontini provided balloons, flowers, and props for my Mom’s 60th birthday. I sent him my vision and he executed it perfectly! Communication was quick and easy. Pricing was VERY affordable. Customer service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this business!

I used Zontinis for a coast guard retirement party December 2023, to do a large balloon arch around a backdrop for pictures and they did not disappoint. Mr Zontini responded to my request so quickly and arrived to the party on time and had the arch setup and looking perfect well before the event. He is a pleasant kind man and I’m beyond satisfied with his work. I would recommend him to anyone and will definitely be using him for future events. Mr. Zontini is such a pleasure to work with! He was so personable, and gave great suggestions when we called to get a balloon arch for our son’s 21st Birthday at the Westin,VB. They created a beautiful arch and balloon bouquet and set up uplighting throughout the ballroom! Aaron, also very friendly and helpful, delivered and picked up in a very timely manner! My son didn’t want to let the arch go and wanted Aaron to take him with it! lol We will definitely look to Zontini’s in the future for our party decorating needs!

I ordered from a Google search for best florist in the Virginia Beach area. Zontini's came up with 5 stars. They were so accommodating from the first phone call. The customer service is something I thought had gone out of style. The delivery was on time and without any additional directions. The flowers are beyond compare. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for the best florist. I wish I could give them 6 stars.

I am located in Philadelphia and needed to do a birthday surprise for my daughter who just got stationed in Virginia Beach. With only 3 days notice, Zontini pulled off a stealth, covert lawn decoration mission. She was so surprised and happy. She said mom, you're over the top! The customer service from Zontini's was superb. I found and used them because they had 5 stars. Believe me, I am giving them 5 stars because they've earned it!

We contracted with Zontini's Event Decorators Flowers & Balloons for my son's wedding and from the time I met him, I knew this was the guy I wanted on my team. He is professional, kind, direct (in the best way!), and genuinely interested in bringing YOUR vision to life. The price was very reasonable considering what we wanted. Zontini endured my many calls and emails throughout the planning process and even offered to meet with us on a Sunday at the venue to go over our design plan. On the day of the wedding, the Zontini's team totally transformed the outdoor space and the ballroom into an amazing fairytale land. Every detail was perfectly suited to the theme and absolutely stunning. Zontini's really went above and beyond for us, and I cannot thank them enough for creating a perfect and beautiful wedding ceremony and reception atmosphere. My son and his new wife were blown away! To the entire Zontini's team, you are EXCEPTIONAL in every way and I'm so grateful for your help. I couldn't have done it without you. :-)

Planning a 60th B-day celebration for my mom during COVID definitely added the pressure. Knowing we couldn’t go anywhere, we wanted to do something special in the house. I’ve never been able to find a place for balloons and somehow found this hidden gem. I wasn’t sure about ordering online so I called and was helped immediately. All my questions were answered and was even provided suggestions. Before ordering they sent me pictures of the balloons blown up so I could see the colors. Very very helpful.

Long story short, I wish I found them before I ordered the followers but they did a wonderful job on the balloons. They delivered on time with mask on (even though my dad forgot to put his on). They delivered with care. My mother was so happy and surprised. While the balloons we blew up were deflating their balloons are still holding strong. Everyone loved them!!

From out of state I arranged a surprise 50th birthday party for my daughter at Bravo's and wanted some simple/tasteful/appropriate decoration so I contacted Zontini to suggest and create. He was so helpful and accommodating, even delivered the 2 table balloon bouquets on a Sunday when his shop was closed! The design/colors were awesome! We sent the one bouquet home with the family who had 3 young children who were mesmerized by the decoration and played with the balloons all through the meal😊 I was completely satisfied with our many phone calls and his long distance service. I will use Zontini again!

Absolutely love the customer service and the professionalism of the owner. I called from out of town to have memorial flowers sent to the services of a classmate and Zontini did an excellent job of preparing the arrangements as directed from long distance. It was a very beautiful arrangement from our Alumni Class. Everyone has complimented and sent praises. Thank you for showing our love for this special classmate.

The flowers I ordered for our daughter-in-law were absolutely beautiful. I feel they were also reasonably priced. Our 3 year old granddaughter loves her balloons.
