The crew at Property One were super friendly and helpful in the process of redesigning, removal of old landscaping and changing the hardscaping to better work for my property.
My stone driveway came out great and the hydro seeding is looking great.
Not only did the work transform my property but they worked with my schedule to make it all happen.

We have used Property One since moving to the area two years ago. They put in a new lawn, have transplanted bushes, do weekly maintenance, and rebuilt a retaining wall. I have worked with many members of the team and all are professional and do exceptional work. I highly recommend them.

I live in Lakeville and had been looking for a landscape company to do yard clean ups and landscaping work. Hired one company and was disappointed in not only their high costs but their poor workmanship. Found Corbin and Landscape1, they came out to do some minor clean up. We have appx .1 3/4 acres with 1/2 acre of landscape and lawns.

Corbin's (the owner) guys showed up when I was at work and they did an unsupervised bang up job! I contracted for them to pick up piles of leaves that we had blown together, but they just did the entire yard. Every leaf, every stick on the lawn was gone. The gardens were cleaned up, the islands by the street were cleaned up like never before. They did the best clean up job ever. I have done this work myself every year and end up bagging 20-30 bags of leaves. It is so much better to have these guys show up and do it. Plus the price was no higher than what every other lawn service company charged. I highly recommend these guys, but hope my posting doesn't increase their business to the point to where I can't get them to come back again!

Corbin and his team did quality work at my property replacing a failing retaining wall and installing a new front walkway. I will use again and would highly recommend!
