I got up yesterday am with the idea of buying a recliner and of course Lazy Boy was the first place I thought of. My family has used this company for years and always satisfied. When I went in the gentleman met me with a smile and we started looking at recliners. He was so helpful in helping me decide on one. The atmosphere in the store was very friendly. I look forward for my new chair to arrive

We needed a new recliner and La-Z-Boy was having a sale. I think it was a sign from above! After a few minutes of browsing we were greeted by Rittha. She gave us some information but did not hover ot apply any pressure. We continued to browse and she would periodically check on us to see if we had any questions. As we zeroed in on our selection, she reappeared to help us select a fabric , then took care of the paperwork and completed the sale. At no time did we feel any pressure to buy. All in all, it was probably the most enjoyable furniture purchase we have ever made.

My husband and I have been looking for a chair side table with a charging station but have had difficulty finding one small enough to fit the space. Marah worked with us and found the perfect table, she was a total delight. The table is perfect, thanks Marah!

We were greeted when we walked in by Annaleese. She politely asked what we were looking for. She pointed us to area where the manual recliners were. She then said I will be at my desk to answer questions. She didn’t hover over us and let us shop and compare the inventory. We went to her with our decision and she quickly printed the paperwork and we paid for it. She then went and obtained a furniture dolly. We rolled it over to our car. She showed us how to dissemble the back of chair from the base. Loaded it up and took it home. Everything went very smoothly. Thank for a wonderful shopping experience.

Marah did a really nice job, I bought two recliners that were not available but they sold me the ones on the floor, I liked that I was instantly greeted, offered bottled water and never pressured. Why would you possibly buy a recliner at any other place? Sabrina was also super! Thank You!

The sales staff were very welcoming and helpful. My husband's Lazyboy was over 18 years old. Nothing wrong with it, just wanted a newer one. Please bring back pick up at store! Thank you!

Really good products and prices! Steve and Bree are wonderful and answered all of our questions. They did not hover like other furniture store do, allowed us to shop for recliners at are leisure. We bought two rocker recliners and very happy with our selection.
We highly recommend shopping here for your La-Z-Boy furniture!

Update 10/30/2023:
We had such a great experience with Steve and Bree we went back and ordered a 3rd rocker recliner for mom, they did not disappoint! They saved us a few dollars and getting it delivered on 7 Nov.

I bought my first La-Z-Boy recliner two months ago and returned to take advantage of a sale. I purchased a sofa and chair that will coordinate beautifully with my previous purchase. At the Virginia Beach La-Z-Boy store Steve was very patient, friendly, and helpful with the fabric selection. Most of all, there was no hard sell! Just a friendly person answering questions and allowing the quality of La-Z-Boy sell itself!

My Friend and I went to LazyBoy, was greeted by a friendly young lady. We looked around and tried all of the recliners. Found the perfect 1. Young Lady helped us and was very knowledgeable and not pushy, she found the perfect color thar I wanted. Purchased it on Saturday and delivered this past Tuesday. Love it
