Grand Furniture

First time me and my wife have been to the store for furniture. Due to Sparky we went back 2 more times in one week. He was definitely friendly and outgoing. He asked if we needed help and didn’t hound and follow us around the store as we were browsing furniture. Very knowledgeable about the product. Me and my wife are goofy. We love a laugh as well. Every time I go. My wife always asks for sparky 😭🤷🏻‍♂.

Jack my salesman was awesome as usual, the whole team deserves a shoutout. Woody is amazing and a few other named John. The front desk to close the deal are just as efficient and very welcoming. Thank you again. Will be back to purchase much more in the future. I’m definitely a customer for life.

After looking for dining table at various places, I came here to see if there is something in my budget. Ms. Alana was really great.As soon as I walked in, she greeted me with a big smile. Her first impression was really wonderful. As we started looking around, she came and helped us navigate the store. She was very kind and helpful. She made sure we were satisfied with the dinning table and our budget. I highly recommend her to any customer who comes in to shop. Thank you so much Alana for making our visit go very smoothly. We had a great experience buying our living room set! Jack was a nice salesman who didn't bother us and let us browse the store while still being around when we did have a question. He got us a proper discount off of the sale price and he also set up our delivery for us! Happy customers thank you Jack.

I’m still blown away about the deal I got today! First time in the store and within 20-30 min, I fell in love with a bedroom set, found out that it had an amazing deal, and swiped my card, no financing necessary because of how sweet the deal was! For $813, I got a dresser w/ mirror, chest, x2 night stands, king sized bed frame that had shelves, speakers, blue tooth capability, light dimmers, and secret compartments for storage. (Oh and plus delivery n protection as well). I CANNOT BELIEVE IT! Insane and I have more furnishings to purchase so I will definitely be back in the near future. Ed Madden was delightful in this whole process. I had an incredible experience.

Alana did a great job with explaining and providing various options for our purchase! She was patient, kind, not pushy and very understanding! Keep up the great work. We would definitely work with her again in the future for any of our furniture needs.

Incredible service at Grand! Loved meeting Sparky. We laughed and smiled from start to finish and the customer service at the checkout was also impeccable!

We walked in and were greeted by Woody. He was wonderful & very patient with us as we wanted to look around for ourselves. He was very helpful and was able to answer any questions we had.

Woody was a great sales man. I'm disable and in a power chair and he helped me to try the chairs to fit me best. My power wheel chair became stuck on one of the rugs, him and his team help free me.

We went to 6 furniture stores today and Grand won us over by a long shot. The people there were down to earth and friendly. Woody was the manager that helped us. He made us feel like friends/family rather than customers he was trying to get money out of. In addition, they had the best deal for the sectional we wanted. We will definitely be returning for any other large furniture we need in the future.
P.S. The pillows COME WITH THE COUCH. All the other stores want you to buy the pillows separately! What a great added bonus :)

We were trying to decide between two couches. One at Grand and the other at another story. The couches were neck and neck, but Sparky was the deciding factor on why we bought at Grand. Thanks for such a great experience!

Sparky is really a great guy got us the best deal he could no pressure let us shop till we approached him. No upsale left feeling very pleased.

ED Madden was very informative, we weren’t really planning on purchasing, but he was not pushy, and he just made sure he informed us with all the latest deals, and we end up making a purchase, very good salesman

Jack was awesome! Didn’t bother us too much while we were looking around but when we had questions he was right there. Very helpful and we ended up finding and buying a recliner that we loved!

Very pleasant people and great deals, John and his staff were great salesmen and we received great deals. They are even delivering our furniture on Sunday. Thank you again John and Sparky for a great experience.

Grand has reasonable prices and a friendly staff. The manager helped us and provided additional discounts. He even gave us a break on delivery. Can't wait to get our new living room furniture. If you go I recommend asking for Woody.
