Naval Station Mayport ID Card Processing Office

Thank you ID Card office at Mayport for the quick processing of my CAC Card Renewal, inputting my wife in DEERS, and issuing her a military spouse ID. Everything took under 30 minutes. Thank you to Robert B. for your service!

Understand that Military Computer systems are what you pay for and every area is undermanned causing delays and long wait times. With that said, the team at the Mayport ID lab is 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and are surly doing their best with ensuring Active Duty, Reservists, DOD Civilians Contractors, Dependants, and Retired members get the service they need on a daily basis. Thank you for your hard work.

Staff is helpful and courteous. Don't complain because it takes a long time. You can make an appointment for faster service.

Sam was very kind to answer all my questions...and Reba was very helpful in processing our ID cards.

The service is quick and easy as long as you're prepared with correct documents.

I recently got my military ID but always came here for my temporary ones. Each time I’ve been to this office, I’m in and out rather quickly. Staff has always been friendly. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the PSD office that is on base in building 298. Most of the negative reviews on here are regarding that office. The guy they have there at the front desk “Chris” is very rude and needs to be replaced with someone who ACTUALLY knows how to do their job.

*I would advise going to NAS PSD for all DEERS enrollment/ID appointments if you don’t want your time wasted.*

Websites for making an appointment don't work, was hung up on twice. I have six weeks not sure if that will cut it!

WOW! JUST WOW! Government money paying lazy, bad attitude women at the front gate for Customer Service. I was amazed and had to just walk out........I could not just sit there to watch & listen to them talk horribly to people then about the people amongst each other. (while they just sat there on their personal phones)
