Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Virginia Beach/Norfolk Airport

The room was spotless and cozy. All of the staff were extremely kind and attentive. The main lobby area is nice and there is ample space for sitting down to eat the provided breakfast. I would stay here again.

Another GREAT stay at Fairfield Inn at Burton Station Rd. As expected Jake & Chet pulled it off again with our visit. Nice to see you're NOT treated like a number rather a valued customer or better yet like family. The entire staff were extremely friendly and made the stay as always worthwhile. Breakfast is about one of the best we've had while we travel. We usually look and scurry out the door and have breakfast elsewhere. Not the case here. Parking lot is well lit and the property is well maintained. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!

10/10 customer service. I rarely leave reviews but the staff here was so helpful and friendly. I had packages arriving after my checkout date and they were more than happy to coordinate forwarding for me, going out of their way to take stress off the customer. Breakfast was great, rooms are clean. Will stay here again if I'm in the area.

Jayla was at the front desk this morning. She was extremely polite and I want to say thank you for accommodating my parents. They are traveling from out of town and I'm trying to make things as easy for them as possible thank you.

Excellent hotel with lots of dining options and shipping nearby. The rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are modern with large walk in shower and also very clean. The staff is eager to help in any way possible, friendly and courteous. The breakfast is a real plus with both hot and cold items and varies daily. There is always someone cleaning something. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this place. We spent a delightful week there and I would book this hotel again and again.

This location is close to the airport and provides many essential amenities when we stay in the Hampton Roads area. My family and I stayed here two days ago, so I can more objectively review this property than someone who has not experienced it before.

The hotel's facilities are excellent, and I enjoyed all the attention to detail. The room was adequate and met our needs for the three nights. The bed was comfortable, and we slept well.

The continental breakfast was fantastic. There was a good variety of items and plenty of seating in the breakfast area. We could always find a seat, and the food was delicious.

There are many activities offered at the hotel: indoor pool, fitness center, business center, and laundry room. The room has a horizontal Flat Screen TV. The Internet was fast and reliable, which was essential to us. Parking was not problematic.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area looking for accommodations that are both affordable and comfortable. I plan on staying here again when we have work in the area or need to travel through Norfolk.

The beds were very comfortable, clean, you can sign in your netflix, nice hot shower, the swimming pool was not heated, Breakfast was simple, most items were sealed, some fruits. 29 minutes to the beach.

I have and continue to stay here for business quite often for business. I have yet to have a bad experience. Everyone on the staff have been courteous, friendly, accommodating, and responsive. From the manager (His name escapes me, older gentleman, glasses, and gray hair) to Ross to the night Front Desk to the Cafe attendant.

The rooms are modern, clean, and spacious. I've stayed in almost every one (the limited Executive King Suites are hard to get in since there are only 3 or 4) and they have been large and clean. First time in all my Marriott stays that the keyless entry worked. I have arrived earlier than expected (before 2p) and they have still got me in a room. Price is great for the experience.

I wish Marriott would bring back the more robust cooked breakfast. However the breakfast here is very good. Plenty of oatmeal, yogurt, breads, boiled eggs, fruit, some hot dishes (quiche, sandwiches, etc., bacon or omelets).

Plenty of restaurants nearby and in walking distance. Quick access to the highway and Naval Station.

This is the prime stay for my employees and I. Excellent.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel that truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making sure that every detail was taken care of. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a stunning view of the Krispy kream that I couldn't stop gazing at.

The hotel's amenities were also impressive. The gym was well-equipped with state-of-the-art machines and the pool offered relaxation that left me feeling rejuvenated. The breakfast was exceptional, with a menu that catered to all simple tastes.

However, my experience at the hotel was unfortunately marred by a fire alarm that went off early in the morning. While I understand that safety is a top priority, the alarm was extremely loud and disruptive, and it took a long time for the situation to be resolved. As a result, I wasn't able to get a good night's sleep and felt quite disoriented later that day.

Despite this unfortunate incident, I would still highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The staff was professional and courteous throughout the ordeal, and I appreciated their efforts to keep us safe. I only wish that the fire alarm hadn't detracted from what was otherwise an outstanding experience.

Enjoyed our stay at this wonderful facility. My family & I stayed at this location the past two Labor day weekends and we'll continue to do so every time we're in town. Melissa, Ross, and the entire staff are the epitome of "hospitality". Thank you for a great experience we've come accustomed to during every visit.

My last review of Marriott hurt my soul so it was so enjoyable to have this experience with Marriott I am accustomed to. Easy, informative check in, I believe her name was Jalia (spelling?), give her a raise now. She was helpful, friendly and extremely competent. I had a bunch of queations on the free shuttle to airport and some reant a car return I was considering getting done that night. Room was great, clean and shower was similiar to something out of a nice spa.

I wish I had her name, but the morning shift person made coffee at 430am and it was ready to go. Surprised I was able to get a cup that early and it was really enjoyable considering the time frame I was under.

We are part of the Marriott Rewards and I can tell you not all are the same. But this one is one of those that stay committed to customer service! Great food and clean areas. Our third time staying here when we come in town to visit. Great prices too!

The room was very nice and clean. Location was great. There were a bunch of restaurants within walking distance. The staff was really great -- always friendly and greeting me. One, in particular, is the woman who I think was in charge of breakfast. She would always come around to make sure everything was ok. One morning, there was a gentleman in a wheelchair getting breakfast. She helped prepare his plate and even helped him with his food. I was very impressed by her above and beyond!

Needed a place close to the airport for a very early morning flight. Was a bit bummed to find out the shuttle service starts at 5am which was a bit too close for my 6am flight. Kept my rental and glad i went to the airport at 4:30am as the check in and security lines were long. Other than the shuttle issue, the staff was very nice, rooms were clean and up to date, and the facility was nice.

What a wonderful hotel! Every one of the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are wonderful. We got a suite-type room that has 2 large tv's, a great bed, nice shower and bathroom. Very clean. Hot breakfast, fitness room, indoor pool. It. Is. Awesome!!

Had a great three day weekend here over the Labor Day holiday. Room was cleaned every day and staff was amazing. Good breakfast as well.

This hotel and its staff saved me after my original hotel was so horrid. Chet the manager was amazing! They were able to get us into a room fast and made our vacation even better! The staff was super friendly and the hotel was very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

My expectations were not high and this was the first time staying it this hotel brand. I think it's niceer than Holiday Inn Express and the breakfast was much better. Not as nice as a Marriott, but I think the value was there and the service was 100% on par. I like that so much. I booked travel at other Fairfield hotels for business in the future.

Does days are very comfortable there the managers and their staff is very friendly I give a high five to Chip and Melissa the managers

When it comes to customer service this is by far one of the best hotels in the area! A package was delivered after I left and they made sure I got my package! Awesome
