Washland - Military Circle

Washland Laundry's machines and facility are always clean. It's rare to see a washer or dryer out of order. The staff is always friendly greeting customers with a smile and a hello. They work non stop keeping everything clean in between washing customer's drop off laundry. I saw Miss Amy, in a friendly manner, be quick and assertive one day and tell someone the restrooms are only for customers doing their laundry. The restrooms are always very clean.

I've tried and visited other laundromats, but this one has been the cleanest with the least "out of order" signs on the machines.

This location always has large washers available! Makes washing laundry more convenient. The trash cans are always overflowing, but the employees are nice.

I have used Amy'd services for several months now. She is an outstanding employee. Not only is she professional and efficient but her wonderful personality is there to help everyone including me! She does a terrific job with my laundry and I look forward to seeing her every time I go into washland. I hope she's being well compensated!

I've been Going to a number of wash lands around Virginia Beach and Norfolk over the past 5 years. I do wash and fold And I'm quite particular about my clothes being washed by another. I want to thank Amy Guess from the bottom of my heart for doing my laundry so lovely and perfectly. After years I finally found someone that I can depend on. She is super AT what she does.

Clean and well maintained facility. Staff was friendly. Price is a little higher than some competitors but I think that that price is worth it. If you're doing more than 2 loads it may be cheaper to use their laundry service rather than doing it yourself. The location makes it easy to run some shopping errands while you wait for your laundry to finish.

I hadn't used a laundromat in about 30 years so I needed help. The attendant was friendly, understanding and helpful. Place is large, well lit and clean. I will use again, even after my dryer is repaired, for large items.

The dryers here actually work better than the ones at the laundromat nearer to me(actually the distance is negligible). I usually go there because their washers are 1/2 price on Wednesday (but is ot worth it if their dryers don't dry all that well?🤔). I was worried about spending another dollar to get a new wash card but at least y'all have benches I could sit at outside; that's a plus. I'll come more often.😁

Amazing Laundromat! There's big washers to do multiple loads, there's room/space so you don't feel crowded, vending machines with snacks, drinks, even ice cream which was perfect on this hot day! The worker Megan was so helpful and friendly! Definitely will be coming back here!

First time i have been to a laundry mat since i was a child...but this is nice! Buy a refillable card to.use on the machines. Machines are all in great shape and clean. Floors and folding tables are clean. Lady working tonight is very friendly and helpful. Very pleased overall.

Awesome experience! The lady manning the front desk was super helpful and friendly. 30 minutes to wash my entire families (5 people) laundry in the medium washer for $6 and about 1.50 to dry. Super clean and smelled great walking in. Has wifi, tables to sit at and video cameras for security.

Very nice, clean, laundromat. Law & Order was on TV which was nice too lol, vending machines for snacks and soda to soaps and laundry sheets it’s there. Was $9.50 a load to wash in the commercial machines but let me tell ya you can fit a lot in those so it’s worth it! The attendant definitely attends to making sure this is the nicest laundromat you’ll ever step into.

This is the first time I have had to use a laundromat, so I do not have any previous experiences to compare to. However, as a first time laundromat user, I would say this one is very nice! It's very large, so I never feel crowded. There is free wifi, and nice booths to sit at while you wait for your laundry. There are even two toy/game machines if you have to bring your child. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, and they are constantly making sure everything stays clean. I would definitely recommend this Wash Land!

Your attendant Amy he's very good at her job she's helpful and informative she helps me every time I need help and she's knowledgeable about the machines with her there I will recommend to anybody because of her she's very nice and polite and she's very helpful thank you for her I enjoy my experience there because of her help so thank you very much

I've used most of the laundry mats around the 7 cities, and I must say the Washland on VA Blvd in Norfolk is the cleanest. The attendant "Amy" is so friendly and helpful. As I was there washing my clothes, I now know why this location is the cleanest because the whole time she was cleaning something. She went from the machines to the floors, to the trash, and on to the bathrooms, and at the whole time to taking care of the customers with a smile and a friendly attitude. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

They are super-clean, have very clean bathrooms and have drink/snack machines. There's free WiFi and cable TV along with chairs and tables to get some work done while you wait. It is a huge and modern laundromat. You have to load $$$ on a card to wash and dry so it is different than a coin operated laundry place so know that before you go. The prices tend to be a bit more expensive too than a coin operated laundry place. But, you get what you pay for and sometimes I will go here when I crave the convenience. The staff was polite (at least when I went at around 6 p.m. today).

Dropped off what would have been at least 4 regular loads of laundry, and it was done in less than 3 hours! Washed, dried, folded, and SO neat I wanted to refold the rest of my luggage to match. I typically have sensitive skin and allergies, but the detergent they used smelled great and didn't make me itch. Would definitely recommend them, and will use again! *Edited to add that we were relocating from out of state to here in Norfolk. We had never used them before, but had a great experience!

Military Circle Washland is a convenience to me since my washer broke down! Clean facility! Helpful and very friendly associates! Always willing to answer questions and lend a hand !! This is a “well kept” location! Kudos to you, Washland!!!!!
