Excellent service! The folks at Garden Grocer are so kind and helpful. The earlier you place an order, the higher the discount they offer. They also offer next day delivery for an additional fee. Really appreciated having our groceries delivered to our Disney resort even earlier than expected! Our groceries even beat us there!

Our WDW stay was immeasurably easier, healthier, and less expensive thanks to Garden Grocer. We loaded up on familiar snacks and meals for the kids, which made our vacation experience so much more enjoyable all around. It gets so tiring, repetitive, and costly to buy every snack and meal from the parks and resorts: far better to be able to pick and choose favorites to splurge on from Disney while having reliable grocery options for everything in-between!

Amazing service provided! Ordered a bunch of stuff for our trip to Disney (Polynesian) and it couldn’t have been easier. Food gets delivered to front desk, then room when it’s ready (I think for like $20 they took it from front seat to room - totally worth it). This company has a modern day service with customer service from a time when doctors did house calls and knew your family. I mean, they are leading the charge on customer service! Spot on! Will absolutely 100% use them again next time we are coming to Disney. The ‘frequently purchased items’ category was very helpful. It made adding those items easy, and reminded us of stuff we needed.

I have been using Garden Grocer for almost a decade now and they have never disappointed. They are very reliable. I always receive my order on the date/time I reserve. They always provide me with my entire order, never leaving anything out. They select food that is fresh and high quality. Cold and frozen food is always delivered to me cold/frozen. This is my favorite grocery delivery service when I stay on Disney property. I will never use anyone else.

We sadly have to rebook our entire Disney trip due to airline issues and flight availability. Our grocery order had already been waiting for us at our hotel before we even boarded our plane in our departing city - after sharing what occurred with Garden Grocer and notifying them we wouldn’t be making it to Orlando for our tripped as planned, they refunded us for our entire order!! We experienced top quality costumer service with them, and look forward to using their services again when we’re able to rebook our trip! We were really happy with Garden Grocer. The site is easy to navigate and you can load up a cart before landing in Orlando. Groceries arrived earlier than promised and there’s a smooth hand off with bell services. Great quality fruit and veg. Excellent customer service. Will definitely use again.

We had a flight delay and they were so wonderful working with us on our delivery time. The resort we are staying with refuses to accept a delivery so our driver was kind enough to wait for us and they had great communication with us which really put my mind at ease during a stressful day. The order was accurate and high quality. I don’t think other companies would have been so accommodating. Thank you for being so wonderful!

Awesome Delivery Services. I placed my order and they called to confirm the order. When the order was delivered, they called to confirm the delivery. Everything was stored for me at Bell Services until I was in my room. I called Bell Services and they delivered i to my room. Everything was in my order. This is a great service. I will continue to use them in the future.

I used Garden grocer for the first time this week due to my son's senior trip to Disney. I wanted my son and his friends to have some snacks and drinks for the few days they were there. Best company ever! I placed my order, made a call about delivery due to an error on my part and Garden Grocer was very accommodating! My son's groceries were delivered the day he arrived a Disney! Garden Grocer was helpful,accommodating and the young lady I spoke to on the phone was Awesome! Thank you so much! Also, they have a great open communication via email as well! You receive a text and email to confirm your order was delivered! I will definitely use Garden Grocer again and recommend them as well. I think prices were reasonable as well!! Once again, a perfect delivery on time with everything I ordered with no substitutions. Fourth time using Garden Grocer and will continue to do so. I added on to my order 2 weeks after placing my original order and there's no additional delivery charge. So reliable. Nice customer service team if you need to speak with them on the phone.

Garden Grocers is the best way to make sure you have all the items that you need to make your trip relaxing! They delivered to Bay Lake Tower before we checked in, bell services kept our food cold/safe until we were able to get into our room. We ordered everything we would need for all meals and snacks to take into the parks - bottled water was by far the best thing to order! This was the perfect way to start our magical vacation and I recommend using this service over any other that I researched. Thank you Garden Grocer!!!

Tried having groceries delivered to our resort at Disney World for the first time and everything went flawlessly! The produce I ordered was frest and tasty. Everything was exactly as I ordered and packaged well to prevent problems when it was delivered. The bellhops stored the cool goods for us and because our flight was delayed the groceries were a godsent We got in at 11 pm instead of 6:15 pm as we were scheduled. We had milk for my grandson and food for breakfast so we could head to the parks immediately! I will use this service with every trip.

P. S. We stayed at Shades of Hreen and they delivered balloons with the groceries emu grandson loved them! So thoughtful! Z5 stars across the board!!!

Great service & produce was fresh & high quality. The business model means it isn’t totally as flexible as other companies, however a little bit of planning has its advantages as it means at least 1 to-do is off the pre trip list! Communications great & had a text and E-mail to confirm delivery to bell services. Would use again!

This is a great service. We put our order in 60 days in advance and got a great discount for doing so. The website was user friendly, very easy to use. Our groceries were delivered as requested and on time . They were kept refrigerated until we called bell services to have them delivered to the room. We received everything we ordered so there were no subs or missing items. This really made it convenient to make breakfast and lunches for our 8 day trip to Disney . We saved a ton by not eating in the park for these two meals each day . I highly recommend it.

Great service that we will definitely use again. We had an issue with our resort misplacing our order. Bianca was extremely responsive with helping resolve the issue, helping us and the resort track it down.

We have used Garden Grocer multiple times going down to Disney over the past almost 20 years. The service is stellar. They are easy to reach and very responsive, for the times when I needed to change my order beforehand.
