We've had an incredibly hard time finding big and tall clothes for my husband for work (color specific) and we hit the jackpot here! We were both so happy.

I absolutely love this store! I don't know why it took me so long to give them a review. They always have amazing customer service. Today they far exceeded my expectations. I placed an order online, and literally within the hour I received an email notifying me my order was ready. And to top that I checked in when I was on my way and the clerk was already waiting for me in the parking lot when I got there. I reccomend this store to everyone I now.

Absolutely love Belk and this one is my favorite! The staff is always so friendly and the store is clean and put together well considering it's the type of store that can easily be messed up by customers. If you have some time to search through the store you can always find great deals. The fitting rooms are so easy to use and you don't have to wait for an employee to unlock the doors. Whenever I leave I always feel like a winner and start planning my next adventure there! Happy shopping!

Lady in shoe dept was very helpful and chatty even though we didn't buy any shoes that day. We did manage to find some clothes on sale in the "Curvy" Dept. I guess that's the new name for plus size

Recently ordered an item online and withing the hour i got call from the store manager (Mauricio Delgado) notifying me that when he was picking my order for shipment he realized the item i had purchased was not as described online. He was apologetic and sent me an email with an image of what the actual item looked like in the store. He gave me the option to cancel the order or proceed with shipment. Any other department store would've shipped the item and have the customer dealt with headache. I truly appreciate his dedication what an awesome experience.

Forget this nice clean, classy departure store is in Clermont. If you need a gift asap, an outfit, even good makeup head over here.

They got great prices

I needed to return some items that I had purchased at Belk.com- they were very accommodating. FYI...I did have the receipt. They didnt ask me a ton of questions, they told me about a few sales going on and refunded my money. Quick, easy and Great customer service!

Wow, this store has such beautiful clothes! Almost everything was on sale. I found so many great pieces. Very happy to have found this gem!

Always a nice and quiet experience with not that many people and fairly good prices. This store is focused on a older demographic of customers and nothing bad at all in doing that and they do have everything in this store.

Believe it or not that day was my first visit to Belk, and found what I was looking for that I couldn't find at any other store I've been in. All in all, it's a great place to shop. I will go back again in the near future. A big thumbs up.
