I ordered flowers for my grandmother from the other side of the country. Ali helped me immensely, calmed my worries and made the most beautiful arrangement. It was so gorgeous, I was jealous I wasn’t getting it out here in Colorado. TOP NOTCH customer service, wonderful floral artistry and she paid very close attention to the message I wanted to send with the flowers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I live out of town and ordered a Christmas tree for my elderly mother to be delivered. Eden staff were super friendly and accommodating and made sure she had the tree the same day or order. Very appreciative. Thank you.

This is my only place I go for flowers! The women here are friendly- so knowledgable and the flowers LAST! they are always so beautiful and my wedding flowers lasted 2 weeks before I then started drying them out to preserve🥰 and even that is working perfect! Love having great people and a product that is better then others around! Hands down the BEST!!

Bought a string of pearls. Was my second time inside and discovered alot of treasures in the back houses. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I chose to keep things local as opposed to 1-800 Flowers. Too many times you get brokers who sends you off to people an have no roll in actually making the arrangements. SO. I simply chose Eden Florist & Garden Shop. So glad I did. Alli was a wonderful host. She made things clear and precise and wouldn't you know that she was the designer to boot. It was a gift for my sister in Rochester. She made an absolutely beautiful arrangement that my sister loved. They delivered within a few hours and the whole experience was topshelf. Kudos Alli. I ordered a summer hanging basket site unseen by phone for delivery to a friend. They had something in stock and could deliver it same day. It arrived as promised and it was really lovely. My friend loved it and I was very pleased with the service I received. I had a hard time finding a florist in the area that had and delivered hanging outdoor plants. But I hit the jackpot with Eden's. Thank you Eden's.

If I could give 11 stars, I would. I live in CA and needed to send a sympathy arrangement to a friend in MA. Barbara at Eden Florist is simply THE BEST. She told me she would put something together very nice for my friend, and when I saw the picture, I was blown away. This, by far, is one of the most beautiful arrangements I've seen, and for the price - wow...I wish everyone could as generous when dealing with someone in their time of need. I wish I had a Barbara and an Eden Florist where I live! Thank you, thank you, thank you to Barbara and her staff.

Esmeralda is a saint! I ordered a bouquet of flowers through the online site Avas flowers and the online site messed up my order and put in the wrong address. That being said Esmeralda was unaware that Ava's put the wrong information. But when she found that there was an issue she went above and beyond to make my mother's birthday special! She not only made sure that the flowers got to my mother but also made a whole new arrangement and delivered it! From now on I will go through Eden florist directly! Thank you so much for making my mother's birthday that much more special and making up for someone else's mistake.
