Madeline Santana is the best person to work with at this company. I had a problem with my policy. I called 3 previous times. I kept getting transferred and I got no resolution and was given horrible customer service each time. Today I called in with the same complaint that was never resolved. I spoke with Madeline and she took care of my issue in 20 minutes. She was very professional and she understood my concern. Madeline is the best part of this company.

When I tell you I had the best customer service experience with Freeway Insurance Madeleine Santana ( Dade City)was so helpful, patient & professional, when I was renewing my policy .Maddy even went a step further to find me a much cheaper policy then what I was paying before, Our phone call lasted 1 hour and 2 mins. My husband's insurance had been cancelled and we never received a notice from previous company I called freeway customer service and waited for 2 hours just to get hung up on, I decided to call my "local" agency and Maddy Santana answered my call and from there my process was as smooth as butter!!! She made sure all my questions were answered, once the process was finalized she even noticed the DMV and cleared his license. Definitely goes above and beyond for her clients. She is a GEM!!!!

We had to add a new financed vehicle to our policy and Yashieka made this already nerve wracking situation less intense as we couldn't leave the dealership until the truck was insured.. She walked us through step by step and got us insured in no time. She waited on the line to make sure that all parties received proof of Insurance and we got what we wanted. Madelaine was absolutely amazing at helping me to reduce my car insurance premium!!! She knows her stuff and is always looking out for the client!
