After a death in the family, I needed to sell an inherited distressed property. I was also overseas and had to conduct everything remotely. I initially considered another realtor. 12/14/23, I Purchased my first home with the help of Melinda with Creegan Goup. Melinda was very knowledgeable, and informative. She knew what questions to ask, and how relay concerns that produced actions. She was not only the hammer in the toolbelt, she was the toolbelt. She went above and beyond carrying the load for me. She made phone calls to my builder and met with my independent inspector when I could not. I thank you so much Melinda for holding my hand and accompanying me on this journey.
