Culver’s

We went on Friday night and even though they were very busy the atmosphere was good. The staff was especially nice. You can tell they all share in the work some work the register and then go clean tables and vice versa. We enjoyed the food and the experience. Joscelin & Courtney we're patient, helpful, and kind while taking our orders.

Best cod fish sandwich ever! Fresh made to order, hot and fast and their custard ice cream to die for! Their employee Judy was outstanding, she came to our table and took the time to explain the entire menu for us, you don’t find service like that anymore! A+ Judy 👍

First time here. Ordered North Atlantic cod deep fried with fries and Cole slaw. The food was excellent. Perfectly cooked inviting enough to come back for more. That even took my tray afterwards. Highly recommend!

People make the difference, but in this case, the fresh, airy sitting area equally stars. From sweet Layla at the register, patiently waiting for first-timers to study the menu to Judy, (a four-year veteran of Culver's) who roamed our area and was a delight to report to, that we were Very Happy. Our hot, crispy cod sandwiches were served remarkably fast. My husband had a side of very good fries and I had the broccoli. Judy made a helpful hint that she tops hers with butter and next time, I will take her advice ;) Then we shared one small crushed-Butterfinger custard ice cream which frankly was the perfect size to make two desserts.

This location does a good job. Way better than the Mount Dora location. Burger was hot, cheese melted, and just like I ordered. The cashier was pleasant and efficient. Food came out quick in the middle of lunch. Thank you for a good lunch.

This afternoon sixteen members of the Promise Church Life Group (B.A.S.I.C. Brothers And Sisters In Christ) had lunch here at Culver's of Casselberry. We had a great time and everyone said how good their fresh meals were. There's a variety on the menu to select from like beef, chicken, salads, and they even have a seafood section. Our party mostly ordered hamburger options, some fish, and others yet Strawberry Fields Salad. It got even sweeter as we followed it up with Concrete Mixers, shakes, malts, & Sundae's too!

Everything in sight was sanitary, organized, and well maintained. Everything had a place and everything was in its place. That's refreshing and a strength Culver's has over the mass majority of fast food places.

Finally I would like to give kudos to the following Blue Crew members that I had direct interactions with on this visit. Jonathan who took my initial order confirming every detail. Kevin who took time out between hussling orders to their tables , per our request, to snap a few photos of our special event. Later he even politely asked how they turned out? Now that's taking pride in what you do. 👍 Next was Cody who was very personable and a delightful young man I enjoyed having a dialog with. Lastly was Nick who took my second order of a Strawberry shake to go. He noticed I had some salad leftover. Yes, the portions are generous here. He suggested items I might want to take with me so I was lacking for nothing. Wonderful job hiring and preparing so many hard working young men within one company. The only minor hickup this visit was about a five to ten minute delay of one order. With a group our size and very busy time of day this is not unexpected. Went through the drive through so didn’t really rate the atmosphere since it wasn’t applicable. Love their custard fries and the fish is really good. They always have interesting flavors of the day and some are not for me while others I can’t wait to get it again. I normally don’t care for cookie dough ice cream because you hardly get much flavor from it. However here I get a double cookie dough concrete when not choosing the flavor of the day. In or out you won’t be disappointed.

A friend of mine mentioned that whenever, he needs a burger, it has to be a Culver's burger. I had never paid any attention nor had any interest in patronizing Culver's.

So on 12/27/2023, I went into Culver's. I purchased, a single cheese burger, small fries and small lemonade.

The food is good. It was not hot and it would have made it taste much better.

It did not upset my stomach. Which is a pass for me.

This was our first time at Culver's, and it was a great experience! The food was fresh and tasty, and the custard was delicious. My kids really loved going up to the counter with their free scoop ticket to pick their custard! All of the workers were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very clean. We went on a Thursday, and now my kids want Thursday to be Culver's day 😄 we will definitely be back!

Wow guys! Awesome experience for our 1st time. Cashier took the time to explain how everything works. Employees have a great positive attitude, super friendly. Quality of the food was astronomical, fresh, hot, and they look just like the pictures. Clean and fully stocked drink station. The kids meal came with a small ice cream, try it and we end up spending more money bc it was delicious. Not sure if that was a business strategy but you guys got us. We definitely be coming back on the regular bases. Amazing job all around.

Ran in for cheese curds, and was not disappointed! Immediately walking in, was greeted by three friendly people. The person taking my order was fantastic, and made genuine connection. I didn’t wait long for my curds and they were freshly fried! Nicest, cleanest location I’ve been to. Keep it up!

This place is always busy so large groups beware. We had to shift tables to fit us all (6) they have gluten free buns and fries and custard. They do charge extra for the bun but so does everyone which is annoying but what can you do. Food is excellent. Staff is nice. Custard is delicious

Food is pretty good, nothing amazing, but it's a fast food burger place. Everything tasted as expected and the prices weren't outrageous. Their concretes are unique and delicious. Kids meals are a pretty good deal especially since they include a free ice cream from the coupon on the bag. One suggestion would be to add hot dogs in buns in addition to or in place of corn dogs for kids. Regarding their establishment, this is how a fast food restaurant should be run! All employees are attentive, polite and industrious. I was super impressed and actually want to come back because I feel good eating there. I have never had that feeling at a fast food place before. Tables are clean. The restaurant is clean. There is always someone available to take your order. If a line forms it is dispatched quickly. The manager is walking around and checking on things. The boy who took our order was extremely nice and helpful and patient. Bathrooms are clean. There's even a really nice outdoor eating area, which unfortunately is probably only used half of the year in Florida because it's so hot. Why the hell can't other fast food restaurants in Florida operate like this one?! Whoever the owner and managers are, let me just say you are doing a fantastic job! I will definitely be coming back to this location specifically.

Amazing customer service, food is a 10/10. I only wish it was a little less greasy but other than that everything else is top tier

Went into Culver’s with my husband, We were immediately greeted & taken care of. The Staff was very attentive and cordial. To all the staff, Thank you for the service, We will definitely return. Thumbs up..! 5 stars all the way

I've tried Culver's like three times or more & I love their burger, tenders & concrete mixers!! Not to mention the cheese curds! Yummmmm!!
Customer service is excellent! Madison from Casselberry location allowed me to use the 3 coupons from school coupon book!! She was also kind & extraordinary!! I love her! Thank you Madison!!
Good thing this location is kinda far from me or else I'd be there everyday! Hahaha!!!

Great food! It's like half way between fast food and sit down dining. You order like fast food but it's brought to your table.
Had a double butter burger and marshmallow creme shake.

Periodically get lunch from Culver’s, so tasty, never disappoints. Also Cody is always so pleasant when brining the order over.

Frozen Custard, yum, yum, yum, with a different flavor made fresh daily!!! Their kids meal is a GREAT value. Culver's has become my new favorite. It's a good thing there is not one in my town, I would probably go every week if there was 😊
